I have read all three transcripts and nowhere does it cite Bush as saying he saw the first plane hit a tower. You obviously did not read my explanation. When Card told Bush that a second plane had hit, that only means that he (Card) was aware of the first hit.   We can't tell from the transcripts whether or not Card or someone else advised Bush of the first hit (he could only have seen the second hit on live TV) before he went into the classroom. Bush was only describing his first reaction to what he saw.
