First of all, we want you to know that we have the greatest respect for you and your insistence on doing the right thing in support of freedom. You have been one to show America that there is still a glimmer of hope for generations to come. It is our faith in America's future, and the facing of the harsh realities of the past, that brings us to you, Sir. America needs Ron Paul at the helm. We realize that you currently intend to focus on your reelection as representative to Congress from the 14th District of Texas. Although this Issue is not in our Constitution, (there was no need for it...there were no foreseeable needs for it.. .no Airlines back then)) 4: Borders: The borders of the United States should be closed for a period of (5) five years, and no Citizenship's given during this time. Illegal Aliens will be picked up and shipped back to the Country they came from. 5: Business: Since the Constitution gives the Federal Government no authority or jurisdiction over manufacturing, the Government should have nothing to do with manufacturing...either by statute or treaty. As a result of the Government exceeding its Constitutional limitations...N.A.F.T.A. and cheap labor, the manufacturing base has left the United States. This needs to be brought back to America so as to have full employment and a paycheck for all Citi zens. (Suggested 100% tariff placed on all items not manufactured in the United States of America). 6: Courts & Crime: All Courts will return to the Constitution under Article III. All crimes tried by Jury of fully informed Citizens. Punishment to fit the crime, served in full. Our current court system has become a for profit venture at t he expense of the public. A severe conflict of interest exists here due to the fact that with promoted crime, drug abuse, and family destruction, the court system can create and perpetuate its own market place totaling in the trillions of dollars. The current foundation for profit within the court system in this respect is grossly outside of the publics interest, and needs to be dealt with through diligent prosecution and hard jail time f or those profiteering from within...or through the court system. Legislation will be passed to require a Judge to cite the section of the Constitution applicable to His/Her ruling. 7: Defense of this Country: The defense of this Country only, as written in the Constitution of the United States. The defense of other Countries is up to those Countries and no business of the United States of America. 8: Drugs...Use of: AAll laws concerning the sale and use of any drugs shall be delegated to State Governments, as specified by the 10th Amendment in the Bill of Rights. 9: Education: Since the Constitution gives the Federal Government no authority or jurisdiction over education, Government will get out of the education business and turn this over to the States for local control. Education is better se rved on a local level than by a National Government. All School Children should be taught the Constitution of the United States and the Bill of Rights as to what they are and what they mean to each and every one of us. Gi ve Parents back their God given right to raise, educate and discipline their Children without interference of a Government or local Agency. 10: Executive Orders: All Executive Orders and the War Powers Act will be dissolved upon the swearing in of a new President. This will bring back the Constitution of the United States to the Citizens of this Country and the Sovereign States, r elieving them of being enemies of Government. 11: Foreign Aid: Any and all foreign aid will only be in the form of food supplies, and/or seed for planting of crops, to be given to the Citizens of the Country given aid. This will come from local Charities if possible. 12: Government: It is our endeavor to reduce the size of Government to what is spelled out in the Constitution of the United States. This includes abolishing most redundant Federal Agencies. There is no need for a Federal Agency when the Sovereign State has a comparable Agency. For establishment of the standard within Government, Government will be systematically brought back to the size described in the Articles of the Constitution. This will create rev enue surpluses totaling in the trillions of dollars. These surpluses will be used to make the restructured and downsized Government self sufficient through utilizing proven investment strategies now in place, thus existin g and further taxation can be eliminated. Honor and Dignity will be restored to the Offices of President, Vice President, Senate and the House of Representatives. All Government Employees must work until the retirement ag e set for the Citizens of the United States. 13: Gun Control: This is covered in Article II of the Bill of Rights, all other Federal and State gun laws will be abolished. The Citizen/Patriots of America desire to cling to the 2nd Amendment Right, and the American Citizen/Patriots ha ve a God given Right to do so. 14: Health Care: Health care is now being funded in different ways. Medicare, Medicaid which are being paid for by each Persons paycheck...and also from Social Security checks. Health care must be made affordable enough for all working Pe ople to afford. Those who absolutely cannot work because of illness or physical impairment must be taken care of by the States local Charities. (The Heath Care Issue is still open for your suggestions) 15: Highways (Interstate): Interstate Highways will be maintained by States...paid for by a minimal fuel tax and a use tax by motor freight lines. 16: IRS: Abolish the IRS. Remove the Income Tax from the People of the United States. Run the Federal Government as spelled out in the Constitution of the United States of America. 17: Jails (Local, State and Federal): Release all Political prisoners (with the exception of spies) who have not committed a violent act against another Person. This includes (but not limited to) Persons who have been working to protect the Constitution of th e United States of America. Imprison elected servants by due process for crimes committed by them against the People electing them into Office. 18: Lobbyists: The reason lobbyists and special interest groups are so powerful is that politicians have so much power to grant them special favors. We aim to remove that power from the politicians, and so render lobbyist and special in terest groups powerless. 19: Military: The People who serve in the Military of the United States will be treated with dignity, and all who are injured or sick while in Service of the United States will receive full benefits, appropriate compensation and medica l care for life at no personal expense, or dollar-for-dollar offset from retirement pensions to the Veteran or his/her Family.We will make every effort to find Missing in Action and Prisoners of War from all past wars. Th is is either the Person alive, or remains of the Person...for the Peace of mind of their existing Families. Military Personnel will no longer be used for the purpose of testing drugs for the drug manufacturing companies. Military Officers take an Oath to Uphold the Constitution of the United States of America, let us keep this as a fact and truly protect the Constitution and the United States from all enemies abroad and within. 20: Money (Coins and Paper): Abolish the Federal Reserve and any Foreign-held interest in the banking system of the United States of America. Congress, under the Constitution of the United States of America...has sole control of the coining of all mo ney's. 21: Nullify and Void, N.A.F.T.A., G.A.T.T., W.T.O. and any other Treaty. 22: NGO'S (Non Governmental Organizations) These organizations are not in the Constitution of the United States, and therefore must not be the buisness of the Government. 23: Property: Home is a Person's castle. This is what a Person works for, and most People want a place to call Home. Those who are buying a home, when they have paid for that home will receive an Allodial (Absolute) Title to their Prop erty. At present time, when you pay for your property in full, the land still does not belong to the Person buying it. It still belongs to the Government. The Government currently can and often does, abuse its privilege o f Eminent Domain to condemn People's homes and force them out, grossly undercompensated, just so the land can then be given to some politically- favored private developer. This terrible injustice must end. 24: Social Security: Social Security is not in the Constitution of the United States. Many People have used it as a retirement fund and feel that it should be kept viable until a more suitable idea to replace the Social Security System is fou nd. Until such time, the Social Security funds will not be touched by the new Government or by any Government Agency. It is our hope that while the new S.S. system is being prepared, no more funds will be withheld from th e Peoples paychecks. Government workers, including the President,Vice President, Senators, Representatives...will be removed from the special retirement fund which they have voted for themselves, and will be placed on onl y Social Security (or new system) at the qualifying age of retirement like the rest of Americas Citizens. 25: Taxes: Only as set in the Constitution of the United States. The People are continually plagued by taxes, mostly on their utility bills, which are imposed by bureaucracies and do not originate in Congress as the Constitution req uires. This taxation without Representation must end. 26: United Nations: We will make every effort to remove the United Nations from the soil of the Sovereign United States of America. This means the recall of all Military Personnel stationed in other Countries...not serving as Embassy Securit y, and removing United Nations Personnel from these United States of America. 27: Voting: All Local, County, State and Federal ballots for the purpose of voting for Candidates...will be paper ballots. These ballots will be counted by Volunteers, equal number from each Party concerned, at each Precinct. Tally o f count posted on wall and front door of precinct, called to County elections Supervisor and then a sealed tally carried by Local Sheriff to County elections Supervisor. All ballots printed in English with a picture of ea ch Candidate preceding His/Her name. 28: Scale it Down: Scale down the income of everyone in all departments of Official capacity within the U.S. Government...including that of the President and Vice President. How much money would the Government save, and how much less money would the Government need from the People...if they did not have such huge paychecks to write?
