A fellow by the name of David Hudson, in Arizona, claimed to have manufactured white powdered gold. I cannot find the tech info. he had on video but he claimed to have patents on what he called ORHM's, Orbitally Rearranged Monatomic Elements. This has to do with super-deformed high spin nuclei.(I think). It involves transforming the metal into a powdered state. An example he used in explaining it was that if you took gold and took it to this monatomic level - I believe he said you could take it down to two atoms - then you no longer have metallic gold but something else. He has done this with Iridium and Irodium and two or three other elements. Now, when you "mess" with this kind of thing - changing these metals into a high spin state - you are flirting with danger in the fact that you are tinkering with gamma rays and you know what they do, like go through walls, anything, etc., and they kill - wonderful weapon potential here. A lot of research is going on with this kind of thing because of the potential for alternative energy production and of course, weaponry. He got into trouble with a chemical spill before he produced any white powdered gold - or so that's what they told me.
