Further law of real estate unless changed, was everything on, above, and below a property and of course you get into right of ways, utilies, etc. When we bought our house I noted years later there was a phrase where the builder owned all oil, etc etc., as long as he held the mortgage.....then the bankers got into the act with same lines as I recall. Years ago these big jet planes started going over my house and at night so low the big headlights shined into my living area and I raised holy cain for they were way off course - it was said they were just too busy at times to handle all the traffic. I told them to change the route and if it went down a half block I would not complain. The route was changed a half block so I keep quiet; and then two big satellites one shot so low it almost I thought took off tops of trees - but these were from Vandenberg.......they still violated my property rights until they get so far above and I do not know how high that is. So property rights? I own my land, my house, all on this land above and beneath it........ Like our State House a little hundred some year old secret they tried to keep quiet....there is oil underneath our State Capitol building.
