-Caveat Lector- Those years in the 80 period to which you refer what was DOD doing? Well about that time they were in it up to their necks in the weather modification program with little heat intensifiers and all kinds of new stuff of which I know so little for I only felt the effects.
For instance we never needed air conditioning but in 1985 our temperature for over a week was 105 degrees.....but it was a dry heat for had it been humid a lot of people would have died. I saw little kids playing in dirt in dust in properties owned by slum landlords - no screens, windows open, doors open - and people outside and it must have been unbearable. So I bought a room air conditioner and now have central of course..... Then we had the farmers being destroyed and this MIR or whatever they called that thing it was so cute when they woke up the crew one morning to the Wood Woodpecker song - inside joke - for in the mid 80 period I could pick up these signals on a radio I had - one with a lot of fancy stuff at the time..... This was when farmers were losing farms, cows were being blamed for "methane gas" problem and global warming...flooding, lives lost - but these heat intensifiers would burn us out in the spring and the sun lost its golden glow and a funny haze in spring was evident. By June your yard would be burned out as it began to look as California once did......California now in drought yet? Well we were making Israel bloom like rose, delegating rain to Red China and warming up North Pole, etc., even to the underground streams - the Nino and Nina - two streams which Plato knew existed but never mentioned before to my knowledge in the news until they wanted excuse for globa warming. So how many people have died because of this program? And note Israel now in drought since MIR came down.....need to pipe in water now. Hurricanes in Floridia are being divered to different locations and imagine Florida in drought and the notorious Florida swamp land is drying up? You see what they did to the mid west....note howo the jet streams swoop way below the rocky mountains and no longer gives easy flow, they are manipulated....they kept a deep freeze upon us sent in Siberian Clippers and how many people died during this weather - I know of one little 9 year old who fell at his back door, and disappered for a week or more until snow melted and they found his little body in this freak cold spell hear - not many people remember or even give a god damned though or they would have spoken out....but a very poor famly but had it been someone of substance maybe someone would have done something. So the trailer camps were hit - and some of the people living in trailer camps now are called trailer trash on a regular basis - no doubt somebody wants their land. So Osama bin Laden said Americans arrogant? I doubt he said this, but it is true....this is a charge the news media leveled at Robert F. Kennedy right before the same secret society that murdered his brother, killed him......and the same ones who brought down the Twin Towers. Now the bible calendar is in full effect as usual....but we do not know who the enemy is????? Just ask "cui bono".......and it isn't George Bush. O'Saba 7 billion dollars insurance 3 weeks before the Twin Towers were demolished? My my, but then what about 7 World Trade Center with that 6,000 gallon fuel tank all in place ready for the real celebration? Or are they this stupid. I think not - Land grab - these corrupt developers stealing farm land after the farmer is destroyed by government programs? So this is part of what happened in the 80 period - now I only know this one year I stood outside in 6 inches of snow, it was thunderin and lightning around me - and I had roses in bloom - in December. Little things like that made me wonder....as they say it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know something wrong but Colonel (Lt. Col.) Tom Beardon has just the facts.....and the insurance companies all took a beating in these years.....this is why FEMA runs out with the salvation army prepared prior to and during the disasters.
