JET SPRAYS UNKNOWN SUBSTANCE OVER GROUND ZERO Wed. Jan 2, 2002 - NYC - Continuing Report - Jets continued spraying the skies over Manhattan this past week with an unidentified white substance.� On Friday, heavy spraying was observed over the World Trade Center area (see photos).� Spraying of this type has previously been observed over New York and around the country, but to date there have been no official explanations.� Over New York City, the frequency of this spraying appears to have increased since September 11th.��� Rebfile is attempting to obtain an official statement from the F.A.A. and U.S.A.F. on this issue, and will post updates as soon as they are available.
