-Caveat Lector- All matter polarises tachyons as they pass through it
The tachyons would normally be rotating about random axis but become uniform due to the polarisation. Tachyons rotating about no uniform axis are effectively inert. only when they pass though matter of any significant mass, do they polarise and create gravitational force toward the mass ie gravity. If matter is then rotated about common axis and the vector sum of the new force due to the tachyon re-polarisation *exceeds* the gravitational force. This new force would be known as anti-gravity. Remember as a child trying to turn the handlebars on your bicycle with the front wheel still turning. The apparent weightlessness of a spinning gyroscope, is due to effects of repolarisation of the already polarised tachyons that cause earths gravity. This is also the reason for the raised saucer shape of early graviton driven ET craft. I assume these craft have complex gyroscopic mechanisms in which rotating electro-magnetic flywheels are driven by coils which drive a further flywheels of a given mass & density the axis of which will be offset by variable amounts enabling the new offset vector force to be directionable. Inside this flywheel would then, I assume, sit an additional flywheel and so on. A complex gyroscopic design would be nessessary to keep the forces balanced and enable any kind of controlled manouver or something like that....
