By: Ted Lang Rapidly becoming a legislative standard used by our ruling class, is a most horrific and vile subversion of the Constitutional legitimization of the powers of the Congress of the United States, the latest target of which is the underhanded manipulation of the Peoples trust and tax dollars for the illegal confiscation of their own private property! The best way to start is to quote from a piece in the 25-31 January 1999 issue of The New Australian entitled: "Clinton’s Fascist vision for America," by James Henry. Henry begins his article: "The state of American education being what it is, the vast majority of people are totally incapable of recognising a fascist economic program, even when it is used to slap them in the face. This is because they have not been taught that fascism means state direction of the economy, cradle to grave social security, complete control of education, government intervention in every nook and cranny of the economy - and the belief that the individual belongs to the state. This was Clinton’s State of the Union vision, which is why those chowder-heads that call themselves journalists loved it. People cannot grasp that fascism is socialism because they have not been taught to distinguish between form and substance. They do not realise that once the state controls everyone’s property that property now belongs to the state because control is ownership, no matter who possesses the deeds. In this situation, might is right." Mr. Henry continues: "Clinton’s audacious plan to confiscate the earning of Americans so that politicians like himself and Hillary [the couple that helped empty the Madison Guaranty in Arkansas] can use them to gradually socialise the economy is a typical statist tactic and one to be expected from the Clintons. This is no exaggeration. Just reflect for a moment on his proposal to save social security by investing taxpayers’ money in the stock market. By controlling a company’s shares the state would come to own the company. It would not even have to control a majority of the shares. It would then dictate where the company would invest, in what it would invest and where it would invest. This is precisely how Mussolini and Hitler ran their economies. The term for this is central planning." It was of course necessary to quote Mr. Henry, a foreigner with a better perspective on trends in American political philosophy, who recognized the trailblazer for such current "thinking." Mr. Henry already touched upon why America is off guard. If you didn’t catch the first allusion, allow me to allow Mr. Henry to be clearer in what he writes next: "But America is different, or so the likes of Dan Rather and Geraldo Rivera would claim." There’s the reference I wanted noted - the media connection! Before directing the reader’s attention to the present illegal private property confiscation scam just quietly, secretly and sleazily railroaded through the U.S. Senate via a call for "unanimous consent" by Democrat Senator Harry Reid from Nevada, it is imperative to review similar such precedent in parliamentary fraud. The information I now cite is from a piece written by David Bresnahan on September 25, 1998 for WorldNetDaily.com entitled, "U.S. quietly grabs Utah land - Once protested, 1.7 million-acre deal slips through distracted House." Quoting Bresnahan: "The ‘Utah Schools and Lands Exchange Act of 1998’ sounds uncontroversial, and that is the apparent reason no one objected to it. The story of how this bill passed the House and is now ready to be slipped through the Senate without debate is a lesson on how the game of politics is played." He continues: "In September 1996, President Bill Clinton, running for re-election, stood on the edge of the Grand Canyon in Arizona and with the stroke of a pen signed an executive proclamation making 1.7 million acres of land in Utah a new national monument. His actions were clearly political, and were orchestrated by former Clinton political consultant Dick Morris." The property federalized and confiscated in the name of the American people, contained, as explained by Bresnahan, "…the largest deposit of high-compliance coal in the world. That coal was now in high demand because of environmental concerns over pollution from coal-fired power plants. In fact, the EPA has just announced stricter requirements for power plants in 22 eastern states. Requirements which could be achieved if they burn high-compliance coal because it emits virtually no pollution." Bresnahan reveals that: "There is one other source of high-compliance coal. It is being aggressively mined on the island of Kalamantan in Indonesia. The mine is reported to be owned by the Red Chinese army and the Lippo Group. James and Mochtar Riady, partners in the Lippo Group, have been implicated in the growing Clinton campaign election scandal." Clearly, the pertinent information is still applicable, even though the solution to the campaign election scandal went the way of the nickel subway ride in New York City! Word has it that the Riadys had participated heavily in funding Clinton all the way from the Arkansas Governor’s Mansion to the White House. Before the coal deposits came into focus, the Utah Governor and other Utah Government representatives became outraged at Clinton’s imperial approach so heavy-handedly orchestrated in their state without their prior knowledge or involvement. Bresnahan’s key observation follows: "On June 24, 1998, the outrage ended when Rep. James Hansen, R-UT, presented H.R. 3830 before only a handful of House members for approval under unanimous consent [emphasis added]. There was no debate. There was no quorum. No one asked for a roll call by vote. By voice vote of those present the bill was passed and sent to the Senate without any objection. If only one congressman opposed the action it would have been stopped [emphasis added]." Compare this land grab to benefit the Communist Chinese army and Lippo to the current debacle reported by Henry Lamb in his piece "Thieves in the night," posted on WorldNetDaily.com December 29th. Lamb reported the same underhanded, sneaky method of bill passage of S. 990 - The American Wildlife Enhancement Act of 2001. The bill was passed the same way, as was the House’s method of legalizing the Utah Grande Staircase of the Escalante; the method, unanimous consent! Only problem was that virtually no one was there, there was no debate or discussion, and the American people have lost due process of law to defend their private property rights. Lamb declares as regards their methods: "This is the same tactic used on Oct. 18, 2000, the result of which was the ratification of 34 international treaties, including the controversial U.N. Convention on Desertification - without debate, without a recorded vote. This is the kind of shenanigan that takes place at the end of every session, to enact legislation that can’t stand the scrutiny of public debate and public opposition." Lamb explains the bill’s purpose: "This bill provides $600 million per year for five years for the ‘acquisition of an area of land or water that is suitable or capable of being made suitable for feeding, resting, breeding by wildlife’ [emphasis added]. With this broad purpose, no land anywhere is safe from condemnation and acquisition by an agency of government. The money can also be given to environmental organizations for land acquisition. Moreover, this bill explicitly exempts land deals from scrutiny or oversight required by the federal Advisory Committee Act." This horrendous anti-American, anti-Constitutional illegal communist legislation has been created in a manner never intended by the Framers of this great Republic. And notice, both Democrat and Republican politicians are in it together. This legislation will force property owners off their rightfully deeded land in the interests of preserving wildlife. The wildlife thing is just a warm, fuzzy, feelgood thing to allow any method of backroom dirty politics to be used against political opponents and enemies, and a cash cow for rewarding supportive environmental groups with taxpayer money for election and re-election support. It’s a political spoils system! Lamb offers later in his article, "If America is to become a socialist nation, as is the objective of global governance, then it should be deliberate action authorized by the people who have had the opportunity to disagree, debate and ultimately vote the issue up or down." Here’s the part that hurts: "Any senator could have prevented the unanimous consent caper by simply objecting." Sound familiar? Where was your senator when this went down? Get on the ball now, and ask him or her! Make a phone call to their home office - the "honorables" are recessing, so do it now! Follow it up with a letter. Then do the exact same thing with your congressman or congresswoman. The latter will have to vote on the bill, and considering their track record on H. 701 CARA, it will probably sail right through. Kick some sand on their blanket! Tell them to oppose S. 990 - The American Wildlife Enhancement Act of 2001.
