Pacific Gas and Electric, a major California public utility, is owned by Enron, and it is also oil company execs that tricked potential Democratic opponent Governor Gray Davis into signing long-term contracts for electric power at high rates during the contrived 'energy crisis' in mostly Democratic-voting California. Now Bush opponent Davis is under fire as Californians pay double to triple the electric rates of only a few years ago. Like I said, the investment has paid off well for Enron executives, and Bu$h & the Company, but the American people get their butts kicked as usual. Blame it on Argentina!!!
