-Caveat Lector- i was in touch with cooper a week or so before he was offed...he grew gradually more and more agitated [seemingly unexplainably if one ignores the harrassment he spoke of - methinks it grew and grew] - did you know that when police came to serve him an arrest warrant they did so at midnight...in the midst of what i consider to be the very real possibility that harrassment of bill was growing...it was very convenient to serve him papers at midnight so provoke him...after all...the police in the are admitted to causing a disturbance a bit away from bill's house to draw him out...they said it was because they didn't want to approach the house directly as bill was known to have said things like 'they will never take me alive'
given this, wouldn't it have made more sense to call first or to NOT serve the warrant at midnight but to be straight up and on the doorstep? reeks of a set up to me! --- "M. L.
