SAS personnel were not only at Waco, they were active participants. The famous "FLIR Video" was made with a secret SAS camera and equipment. In the Danforth investigation of the Branch Davidian massacre at Waco, the British government had to agree to allow the equipment and FLIR pictures to be used in the proceeding. Not only were British military (SAS) involved at Waco, U.S. DELTA FORCE personnel also participated. This raises all kinds of questions...or at least it should have. Why were U.S. and foreign special military personnel involved in a purely domestic law enforcement situation in the United States? David Koresh was suspected of possessing fully automatic firearms without the required license. Even if this were true, this is only a misdemeanor offense....hardly a reason to call in tanks, helicopters, British SAS and U.S. DELTA FORCE!
