that essentially seems to be the reaction/conclusion of
lots of ordinary (even quite intelligent) folk i try to
talk to about all of this 'second opinion' info on 9-11 &
ither subjects. It just can't be true ergo it is not true &
anyone who believes it is is a kook. Cept that emotions on
9-11 are running very high - any talk that deviates from
the officially sanctioned version is viewed as disloyal to
the country. It is freaky. The masses are like programmed
robots, it seems. Ring a bell, they salivate.
Of course the mass media over & over model the desired
behavior for them & also show them the wages ofdis-
obedience/non-conformity - ridicule & ostracism. Social
creatures like mankind fear ostracism as death itself. In
the 'old days' ostracism might mean death, both in some
animal & some human groups.
the other big comparison I encounter is that people say i
am just like a "jesus-freak" proselytizer. I try to get
them to see that there is a difference between metaphysical
& empirical theories but they seem unable to grasp the
distinction or unmotivated to make the effort anyway.
I have wondered many times if subliminals are not embedded
on TV broadcasts. The total undeviating sameness of
response when one tries to discuss this information - not
just about 9-11 which i have given up on because people are
so emotional - is eerie, like in a sci-fi movie. Anyone
remember the original "Invasion of the Body Snatchers"?
Only this is the invasion of the mind snatchers.

any of the 9/11 theories? They are just labled as
'kooky', and left at that...
Which suggests that perhaps some of the theories are
perhaps hitting too close to the mark, and so a need
to belittle all of them and place them in the category
of alien abductions and Elvis sightings is under
way...
