Thanks to Anita Langley of Black Op Radio, the audio version of Desiree
Carone Ferdinand's 1998 deposition by attorney Ray Kohlman in William
Tyree's lawsuit against the US government is available on line. Part I,
II and III are up and Parts IV and VI will be up shortly.
The audio version of Desiree's husband Tom Ferdinand's 1998
deposition will go up shortly after that. You can find
the complete set on or through the same link.
Desiree Carone Ferdinand is the daughter of Colonel Albert Carone,
who was the paymaster for Army-CIA-NYPD narcotics trafficking,
money laundering and assasinations through the mid-1980's/Iran Contra.
These depositions provide the Ferdinand's recollections of what they saw,
heard and were told by their father/father-in-law about narcotics
trafficking, money laundering and assasination by the US Army, CIA and
New York-organized crime with the knowledge/support of NYPD through
the mid-80's, including their use of Afro American gangs to distribute
drugs in Afro-American neighborhoods.
The two depositions in combination provide useful background regarding the
leadership of George H. W. Bush and his networks in these activities. As
many of the members of this network have now returned to power and are
involved in the Enron fraud and the War on Drugs, including Plan Colombia,
this background is useful to understanding a "who's who" on Enron as well as
financial fraud reported by GATA at the US Treasury, reported by Solari at
HUD, reported by Al Martin at DOD, etc.
It also speaks to money laundering and criminality by those who own and
control the NY Federal Reserve banks and the Federal Reserve System and
those who we currently support to run the US Treasury, the US enforcement,
intelligence and military, not to mention the so-called "war on
terrorism."
These video depositions were under seal until September 2001, when they were
unsealed by the courts. My understanding is that they have now been filed
with the Organization of American States with Tyree's petition to the
international courts.
We will notify the Solari Action Network of where they can order copies of
the video and the cost as they are available.

In September 1998, a US$63 million lawsuit (Case No. 98-CV-11829-JLT) was
filed by Massachusetts attorney Ray Kohlman on behalf of former Green Beret
William M. (Bill) Tyree. The suit..... names the Central Intelligence
Agency, former Massachusetts Governor A. Paul Cellucci, former Massachusetts
Attorney-General L. Scott Harshbarger, former CIA Director and US President
George Bush, and ....D. Gene Tatum as Defendants.....
"At the CIA there were a few people in the right positions who blamed the
decline of American culture on people of color living in the United States,"
said Carone. "The blame of the fall of American culture began with the
creation of the National Security Memorandum 200, which stated among other
things the concern of overpopulation in the United States. Many at the CIA
attributed it to the birthrate among people of color, and there were some at
the CIA that felt that physical slavery could be replaced by pharmaceutical
slavery, and that's why African-American gangs, i.e., 'Bloods' and 'Crips',
were singled out for distributing the drugs brought into the United States
by the CIA."
Carone also told Tyree that he had "...delivered money to the Los Angeles -
based gangs, i.e., the Bloods and the Crips, which are among the most
violent African-American gangs in the United States. He had delivered money
to the gangs because they were on the CIA payroll under Executive Order
12333 which allowed for the CIA to hire outside sources to help the CIA
perform their jobs. He had delivered money to the gangs because they
transported drugs across the United States, i.e., Atlanta, Norfolk,
Philadelphia, New York and Boston."

Sec. 1091. - Genocide
(a) Basic Offense. -
Whoever, whether in time of peace or in time of war, in a circumstance
described in subsection (d) and with the specific intent to destroy, in
whole or in substantial part, a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group
as such -(1)kills members of that group;(2)causes serious bodily injury
to members of that group;(3)causes the permanent impairment of the mental
faculties of members of the group through drugs, torture, or similar
techniques;
(4) subjects the group to conditions of life that are intended to cause the
physical destruction of the group in whole or in part; (5)
imposes measures intended to prevent births within the group; or
(6) transfers by force children of the group to another group;
or attempts to do so, shall be punished as provided in subsection (b).
(b) Punishment for Basic Offense. - The punishment for an offense under
subsection (a) is - (1) in the case of an offense under subsection
(a)(1),, life and a fine of not more than $1,000,000, or both; and
(2) a fine of not more than $1,000,000 or
imprisonment for not more than twenty years, or both, in any other case.
(c) Incitement Offense. - Whoever in a circumstance described in subsection
(d) directly and publicly incites another to violate subsection (a) shall
be fined not more than $500,000 or imprisoned not more than five years, or
both.
(d) Required Circumstance for Offenses. -
The circumstance referred to in subsections (a) and (c) is that -
(1) the offense is committed within the United States; or
(2) the alleged offender is a national of the United States (as defined in
section 101 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101)).
(e) Nonapplicability of Certain Limitations. -
Notwithstanding section 3282 of this title, in the case of an offense under
subsection (a)(1), an indictment may be found, or information instituted, at
