That's not nearly complex enough. A good conspiracy theory must be 1) logical, 2) as complex as possible, 3) involve as many famous "bad guys" as you can. I think he knew of Enron's dark dealings with the Carlyle Group, which is "owned" mostly by the Bin Laden family. As much as the Bush family is involved with both of them. The Bushes have been serving and helping themselves to more money in the form of deals and help to "friends of the family", throughout all their careers, dealing with oil, drugs, weapons and defence, as well as the legal system. The US government is the biggest milk-cow on the planet in this regard, but so is. The poor guy probably got hold of some financial information which implicated how the real WTC destruction was orchestrated by the Jewish(?) Bush family, through Enron with money to Carlyle guys who commissioned the demolition job to Osama's Al-Quaeda group. The destruction of WTC was in short meant to a) liberate the (Bush-friend's) CIA controlled drugs trade that the Taleban were harming b) liberate the oil flows in the region (for friends in the oil business) c) use some of that weapons stockpile and get more money for weapons, defence and other military spending i.e. for "friends of the family" and d) more power and prestige for the Bush family in political crisis. You know, nothing works for the presidential popularity polls like a good show of force, even if you should bomb just medicine factories or mud-huts, as long as the TV shows great pictures, it all works out great. So, the murder was done either by Mossad or a Secret Service agent waiting in the back seat of the car. I would have a hard time believing that someone *willing and eager* to testify, with loads of money and a rich and nice life ahead of him, would suddenly decide to take his own life, much less do it in a place such as the front seat of a car. Statistically, suicides don't just happen on the front seat of a car, by gunshot. You drive or gas yourself to death, but you don't shoot yourself there. You do it someplace else. Sounds about the same as that "accidental suicide" by a bomb explosion, of that guy who was going to testify against the Israel prime-minister Sharon.
