that BOYD GRAVES has now DISCOVERED the SECRET IMMUNITY
to HIV.
Did you know that there is a RACIAL GROUP who are IMMUNE to HIV.
Boyd seems to have written a LETTER to a JAMES W. CURRAN Professor
of EPIDEMIOLOGY at EMORY UNIVERSITY regarding Mr.CURRAN'S prior
knowledge to the creation of the HIV DISEASE. No doubt BOYD
got this persons name from the 1971 SPECIAL VIRUS CANCER PROJECT
REPORT which lists 120 LABORATIES and several hundred RESEARCHERS
who worked on the HIV PROJECT.

Dear Dr. Curran:
Please respond to our inquiry regarding your prior
knowledge of the U.S. Special Virus program.
Of the fifteen progress reports representing each year
of the program (1962 - 1978), in conjunction with the
1971 'flowchart', how many have you personally
reviewed?
According to Dr. Victoria Cargill, Medical Officer for
the Office of AIDS Research for the National
Institutes of Health, the 1971 flowchart depicts the
development of human immunodeficiency virus.
According to the progress reports (#8 at 2.), the
program was seeking to develop a candidate
'leukemia/lymphoma' virus.
Leukemia/lymphoma virus is the original name of hiv.
Additionally, at page 39, the United States confirms
that visna virus had yet to "cross-species".
Dr. Curran, as one of the country's foremost
epidemiologists, do you agree the visna virus etiology
is relevant to the HIV/AIDS pandemic, in the context
of this hidden, federal virus development program?
I will provide this letter and your response to the
current GAO investigation of the U.S. Special Virus
program. A hidde, federal program that spent $550
million dollars of taxpayer money to make a 'special'
virus that wastes the immune system, prefering people
of color (CCR5-Delta 32 positives).
