BF>It appears that we will not reach agreement on the inverted
pentagram. It certainly appears to show up in strange places, from the
Caldecott tunnel in the Bay Area to the street lay-out above the White
House. It seems to have been placed deep within American society.
Heavy Metallers know it. Why is the average person ignorant? Perhaps
they figure that symbols have no meaning. They figure that closing
their eyes means that the monsters go away. That was true in childhood,
but adulthood is a different matter.
If the American people do not act in this matter, it WILL count
against us. We can debate this until we are exhausted but it does not
appear that we will agree. I hope that some are working in secret, that
is my great hope. It seems as though it is acknowledged as being
Satanic, with only token resistance to the idea, and that is OK with
people! As far as most people are concerned, I am not that optimistic.
"Conservatives" seem to care more about taxes. Liberals seem to approve
of it. My hope is that there are silent forces acting. I am hopeful,
though pessimistic.
I am open to any new thoughts, but my hopes are largely dimmed and I
do not know how much my heart will be in it. Try, and please someone
revive my hopes!
If we were once "one nation under God" as is claimed, let us hope we
return to that state. I am skeptical of this claim, but I will not
argue it. We can only hope that the nation sheds idolatry and actually
ACTS on godly impulses. I am more interested in this than in any
political campaigning. However, I am skeptical. I am hopeful, but
skeptical.
Thankyou all for you responses. I will sign off on this subject
unless there is something truly interesting said about it.
