When I was a boy growing up on the streets of Cleveland, the last thing on my mind was the need for a Social Security number. If you are like me, the number was received before the age of 16 so we could "get a job." Our parents sometime had to sign with us since we were UNDER AGE for contracting. Today most people born in this so-called great Republic are persuaded they have to have that magic number at birth. Were any of us informed that by signing the form we were giving up our status as a free American, protected under the so-called Constitution of the so-called united States of America? Did they tell us that our other new citizenship status was a United States (U.S.) citizen, as if we were born or naturalized people in Washington, DC? Were we informed that we would receive instead privileges that looked like rights and that for the rest of our lives we would be beholden to the Federal government for everything including the right to live? Did they tell us that by voluntarily signing that Social Security contract that we were giving permission to the bureaucrats to have dominion over us through thousands of pages of Federal rules and regulations? Did they tell us that we were...voluntarily enslaving ourselves AGAIN? Most likely they told you nothing of the sort. Probably, the helpful smiling counter person gave us a few pamphlets telling us of the wonderful benefits that might be paid to us if we qualified for "payments" at retirement or if we were incapacitated somehow. Here is what we also get when we voluntarily apply for that SS number:
The list goes on and on. We are truly blessed with the number of privileges we receive when we get that magic number...not! How did the Federal government get such power to administer over us so intrusively through the issue of this simple number? The answer may surprise you. In 1913 a dastardly act took place in the great halls of Congress. A well thought out plan was put into action by power hungry international money interests. They influenced the leadership of the United States. President Woodrow Wilson and four key Senators passed and signed into law the Federal Reserve Act. This act allowed the formation of the Federal Reserve Bank, F.S.B. which is a PRIVATE non-government banking corporation. The Federal Reserve (the FED, the U.S.) is not federal and it has no reserves. It is simply a bank with bounty hunters. It has only 8 owners and 82% of the ownership is foreign to the united states of America. Since the first day of business the Fed was to stabilize money and finances in America. Since that time the Fed has artificially created depressions and recessions and the United States is now over 8 Trillion dollars in debt domestically (in the U. S) and 30 Trillion dollars worldwide! (Who do you think guarantees those Federal Reserve Notes world-wide? so-called Americans of course!) The Fed lends so-called money. The United States borrows money. The Fed wants collateral for its loans as any bank does. The United States gives it. It assigns the labor of the people of the United States (from cradle to grave) as a guarantee. In the beginning of this banking relationship the U.S. had enough gold and silver reserve to pay its loans. When those ran out the U.S. used its lands and other assets to guarantee payment. When that ran out the U.S. used the future labor of its people. But who are its people? The answer is...everyone with a Social Security number. Americans born in one of the 50 states are not U.S. CITIZENS. Instead they are free Citizens of the state in which they were born (also COULD BE known as American Nationals). They have no required legal obligation to get a number of any kind. They are not individually taxable (as guaranteed by the Constitution). But, when they contract with the Federal government to get a Social Security number, their status becomes a U.S. CITIZEN, a taxable entity. The politicians and bankers in the early 1900s knew this. They planned it. They needed to get as many people into the federal system as possible so the debts of the United States government could be guaranteed. Guaranteed with the labor of its owned people, voluntarily indentured servants, slaves. Remember, the 13th amendment to the Constitution outlaws slavery...but...it allows voluntary servitude! So the PLAN was put into action. If we do the research (I have ), we can conclude that the Fed created the great depression in the early 1930s to scare We the People through a mechanism of poverty and hunger. We the People were offered a "New Deal." Social Security would take care of us from cradle to grave. All we had to do is ask for a Social Security Number. |
Once we have our number we give up our Flesh & Blood name and become a LEGAL FICTION controlled by that number. It's how the federal government recognizes its property...by its serial number. In 1935 the Social Security Board was created. This board then created 10 Social Security Districts creating what is known as a "federal area" (The Zip Code). These federal areas overlay exactly the lands of the 50 states. In 1939 the federal government created the Public Salary Tax Act of 1939. This is a municipal (city) law of the District of Columbia. It enables the municipality to tax all Federal and State government employees and those who live and work in any "federal area." Since the federal government knows that it cannot tax American Citizens who live and work outside the federal jurisdiction as enumerated within the Constitution in Article I, Section 8, Clause 17, or Article IV, Section 3, Clause 2, it had to get us into its jurisdiction. That process is described above. Finally, in 1940 the federal government passed what is called the "Buck Act." This legislation allowed any department of the federal government to create a "federal area" for imposition of the Public Salary Tax Act of 1939, and later the taxing law under Title 26, the Internal Revenue Code. (Ed Note: Social Security had already created the federal areas. If we have a Social Security number we reside in these federal areas by their definition. Therefore, we are taxable and we are under the jurisdiction of the District of Columbia and its leaders. These leaders are called the Congress of the United States. By getting this simple number, we stopped being the owners of this country with Congress as our public servant. Instead we became the servants of Congress. Playin' us fo real huh? The next time we wonder why our congressional public servants do not listen to us, we now know it's because they know we are not their boss anymore. The serial numbers prove it. The good news is that we can UN-volunteer our election to have a Social Security number. The process can be a frustration because the federal government "so-called master" does not easily let its slaves go. We have to follow a precise set of rules and lawful procedures that anyone can learn on their own. We can break our chains. We can be free again! mentally, and financially. Many groups are available to assist in this endeavor. Seek them out. Spread the word to your family & friends, IF THEY WILL LISTEN, so that we can all be free again!
