Dear Friends,
Today is 16 February, 2002, and this is an update on my (Fritz Springmeier�s)
situation.
Yesterday was my arraignment in Federal court and I pleaded �not-guilty� and
court dates were set. No one expects the dates to be the actual dates, because
the lawyers will want more time. Both my indictments are Federal indictments.
Due to new laws and the way they are able to take one indictment and make it
into several counts, which are all treated as separate crimes, etc., the
possibility exists that I could get a life sentence. That would certainly take
me out of circulation. Some people have responded with the best help they
could send to assist us, and I deeply appreciate their kindness. It shows how
concerned people are that the lights of freedom don�t go out in this nation.
Mark Koernke was also charged with a similar charge, and I was told by his
son that he has already gotten a 3 to 7 year sentence. Mark�s friend told me
that Mark was not allowed to introduce witnesses that would have exonerated
him. In today�s system, the tinkering that a judge does with a case can have a
major impact on how it is resolved.
I am going to be focused on finishing the revision to my Bloodlines book, and
some other projects. While it breaks my heart that I am going to suspend
sending out my spiritual manna articles, I have to agree with my wife that
other things are going to have to take a higher priority. Getting the
Bloodlines of the Illuminati book back into print will be an important
achievement, as hundreds of people have been disappointed they could not get a
copy.
I have been asked to go on a number of radio shows, and may. However, allow
me simply to remind everyone (because some people are asking for details) that
it is not a good idea for someone under heavy indictments to discuss court
cases with anyone. It will take a while to resolve these cases, and perhaps
only God Almighty will know the entire story about all of these things. I
don�t pretend to know what will happen in these cases, or what their
objectives are. I pray that God be glorified somehow in what seems to be a
lot of human blindness and darkness. God has given without expecting something
in return. Life is not fair, and even the good Lord has had to endure its
unfairness. Miracles happen, but the good Lord also set up mankind to have the
free will to go where it wants. Many people in other countries have suffered
the most darkest tyranny, and if it is our turn, then I pray that we will
glorify God as it darkens our land. No matter how other people imagine me to
be, I can honestly say I have a good & clean conscience before God.
I would pray to the one true God of miracles that if I am removed, that
somehow others even more talented and capable than I would take my place and
continue the things I have worked at. The Lord is our shepherd, we shall not
want. He knows how to give good gifts to those who ask him.
