Carson City area resident Bob Lantz needs your
help on an emergency basis to
quickly resolve potentially life-threatening
situation described below.
Please contact him in jail asap or his wife to
formally retain your services
per previous discussions with you by Lantz'
paralegal aide with all his
legal files, Lloyd Barber, and per situation
described below. I am copying
this to some friends of Bob Lantz and
below describing how they can help
Lantz with public awareness of his case
and especially outreach for legal
fees pending availability of monies at
hand returned to Lantz by the Federal
government but encumbered pending
resolution of urgent matters below.
I just got a phone call from Dr.
Wood (~11pm Fri.2-22-02) who has relayed
information from someone close to
Bob Lantz who has apparently talked with
him or his wife by phone with the
news that Lantz is somehow sick in jail
and they are giving him
"antibiotics" but they won't tell his wife what
exact medication they are
giving him.
The message is that he needs proper medical evaluation and
treatment by his
own doctor as requested by him and by his family, but
since Lantz fired his
public defender for inefficiency or
malfeasance/dereliction he needs a new
attorney immediately on an emergency
retainer basis which his wife will
contract by this notice from me as agent
pending execution of legal counsel
agreement directly with Lantz with fees
to be paid from {Bob Lantz Legal
Defense Trust Account} receivable as
fiduciary by arrangements with you from
funds received from interested
supporters who receive this notice sent as
below and supplemented by funds
just-ordered released by Federal Judge in
Lantz case of ~$47,000 funds
already issued by Federal Government as refund
of improperly
confiscated/seized assets of Lantz' family's Odessa trust, but
US Customs
has issued written letter order to Lantz in jail encumbering
these funds
pending fulfillment of their demand for information from him
regarding
location of gold concentrate stocks actually never received by
Lantz' gold
ore concentrates warehouse subject of alleged financial crime
for which
Lantz' is imprisoned due to previous in-fact government illegal
search
seizure/forfeiture of these very same monies which thereby orginally
caused
the insufficient funds generating "domino" action against Lantz
which
should have been properly directed at fraud perpetrator Norbert
Vogler in
Colorado. US Customs is under the apparent mistaken
impression that Lantz
actually took receipt (circa 1993?) of said
particular holder's gold ore
concentrate stocks where in fact that holder
never surrendered possession or
ownership of these stocks to Lantz, except
small assay sample apparently
already used, due to said funds
insufficiency.
If that original holder of that quantity of gold
concentrate stocks can be
located to provide affidavit of facts, or if
proper such document from other
qualified witness(s) can be obtained and
submitted per counsel advice, then
US Customs should be
satisfied.
Meanwhile, Lantz has been put in isolation as
"uncooperative" for not
answering their question of "where is the gold" and
since he has no attorney
of record as of now these ongoing hostile
interrogations are presently
occuring without his having an attorney
present or to advise/help him solve
this problem.
Furthermore Lantz
is being threatened by his interrogators or other
officials that if he does
not sign "hold harmless" papers releasing
government from civil liabilities
subject of multi-million dollar civil
legal action Lantz filed against
prosecutors including papers filed January
9th, then they say Lantz will
not get back the funds the court has already
ordered returned to him which
he needs to pay legal fees etc.
I fear that this literal blackmail of a
75 year old sick man in jail by
apparently federal officials also may
involve their withholding proper
medical care as additional duress and
pressure of this blatent blackmailing
to avert inevitably successful Lantz
civil actions already filed before
remand to custody February
11th.
This is my best attempt to briefly summarize the info I have
received
tonight and I pray you will by this notice and request consider
yourself
retained as Lantz' new attorney to be asap appointed by the court
and/or
compensated from legal defense funds this email should start on the
way to
you and from returned assets still encumbered but at hand subject
to
resolution of above legal crisis.
For those receiving this email
copied or forwarded by friends, you may email
Day Williams (To: above) with
your pledge/commitment of legal defense
financial contribution amount and,
subject to his return confirmation email,
then transfer/mail funds to him
as he indicates to be kept in legal
fiduciary account on behalf of Bob
Lantz for use in paying legal fees.

you can do to help resolve this legal and
medical emergency
situation.
Background info on this egregiously corrupt and unjust
prosecution,
conviction, and sentencing of Bob Lantz to 55months of federal
imprisonment
on completely documentably bogus charges, documentably set-up
by known and
acknowledged (rogue?) CIA operative Frederick Van Bodungen per
Lantz, and
per advice to Lantz from copious evidence accumulated by a
prominent
internationally known investigative journalist, apparently to
suppress his
new-energy and other technologies deemed threatening to major
financial
interests and perhaps "national security" interests behind this
