well here we go - more terror in the UK 16 government ministers including uncle Tony got sent packages from MI5 - the brown packages - jiffy bags were said to contain 'toxic material' - probably one of Tonys leaked Memos about the state of the Health Service. If this was a deliberate terrorist attack in the United Kingdom it would be unannounced and LETHAL definitely not preceded by a hoax which would heighten the level of alert.
