This Judge is facing more than just "pornography charges"; further, this
man is NOT running unopposed therefore those "ballots" should be
destroyed and the election in this race is subject to fraud. Write in
ballots is that what they call them - ballots? Remember Larry Flynt -
this is his country, and this lewd Los Angesles Times has a
"pornography" column now, and the move is on to mainstream pornography
in America.
Big business - it is a front for drugs. Further the TV now we see the
most lewd and lascivicious mateial moving in the american people no
longer can leave their kids alone with the Television.
But this an judges in Civil Cases - now a Judge in Cincinnati found
Larry Flynt guilty of Sodomy - an act her performed on a public dancne
floor in his "strip joint"......his freedom of expression - now how
would this degenerate have ruled?
Look at this man in San Diego who just murdered a little 7 year old girl
and burned her body past recognition. Oh he was into pornography and
child pornography....and Michael Jackson this piece of crap now have
anotaher coming out party and loose - but he paid for his mistakes, for
his nose fell off from so much plastic surgery. Almost like a Mark of
Cain put upon his gruesome face.
This Judge in a Civil Court? This Judge should be run out of town on a
rail but this "Unopposed" on ballot is an out and out lie and fraud.
And do not think Larry Flynt does not have money on this one.....
Pornography and drugs - big money but to mainstream pornography - why?
Oh but to get some of thee sick perverted judges on the bench, this is
another matter.
But then what would one expect out of Orange County? Isn't ths where a
man and his dog were burned alive on charges which were then held so
secret and the bullets that killed the one cop, were fired by the
police? The only guarantee this man wanted was to not hurt his dog so
this evil Sheriff Baca said all went as planned - after they man and dog
were burned alive. Should they do less than this, to this judge?
This piece of crap sitting on a bench - and he stays on the ballot - he
is being paid to stay on the ballot without a doubt, for Larry Flynt and
his gambling house friends, will come to his AID and no doubt the ADL
will come up with someone being "antisemite" on this one. Why not,
Larry Flynt launders so much money through the ADL it is a national
disgrace.
This election is a fraud; this man is NOT running unopposed on the
ballot. There are others on the ballot - for we all put the X or pull
the trigger, in the election booth.
See how just plain trashy California becomes - more sodom and gomorrah
stuff .......but then as Simon Lord Lovat said right before being
guilotined, when bleachers broke and 150 fell to their deaths "the more
the mischief, the more the sport"......evil still is as evil does.

Judge Facing Pornography Charges Is Unopposed on Ballot

The 11 people seeking to unseat Judge Ronald C. Kline face an uphill
battle: his name is on the ballot, but they are all write-in candidates.
IRVINE, Calif., March 1 � Judge Ronald C. Kline, charged with child
molestation and under house arrest on federal charges of possessing
child pornography, might seem to have an unlikely shot at
re-election. Not so.
Political observers are giving Judge Kline, 61, at least a 50-50 chance
of winning the
March 5 primary for the Orange County Superior Court seat, in part
because no one else will be on the ballot. Although 11 write-in
candidates came forward after his indictment, voters will have to not
only remember their names and write them in, but also press out the
chads to make their votes official.
[Saba Note: Now these write in ballots are just that WRITE IN
BALLOTS.....and then to say this man is UNOPPOSED? Judicial races are
also supposed to be nonpartisan......separate from other
candidates......a nonpartisan ballot for judges? Well nonpartisan names
appear on partisan ballots as i recall?]
"I think he's got a good chance," said Mark Petracca, chairman of the
political science department at the University of California at Irvine.
The low-profile nature of judicial races also works to his advantage.
"It's already, in terms of people's attention, way down on the ballot,"
Mr. Petracca said. "You're fighting against the general lack of
awareness and interest about somebody wanting to be re-elected to the
position of judge."
To avoid a runoff, Judge Kline, who was appointed to the bench in 1995
and is seeking a six-year term, needs a simple majority of the votes
cast. With 11 challengers in the race, it will be difficult for any one
of them to unseat him in the primary.
To increase the chances of the write-in candidates, a citizens' group
filed a lawsuit today asking that the names of the write-in candidates
be posted at the polls.
A Superior Court judge stopped short of that, but ordered that there be
notice that a list of write-in candidates was available.
Judge Kline turned himself over to federal authorities on Nov. 9, two
days after the election filing deadline. The federal indictment charging
him with six counts of possessing child pornography says investigators
found more than 100 images of child pornography on a computer hard
drive, computer disks and a commercial videotape in his home.
Pornography was later found on his work computer.
The search came after a hacker broke into one of Judge Kline's computers
and sent the information to an Internet pedophile watchdog group, which
tipped the authorities.
Also found, according to the indictment, was an electronic diary in
which the judge wrote of ogling young men at a local gym and swimming
pool. The diary also suggested that he used his position as a Little
League umpire to watch young boys.
The federal charges could lead to a sentence of up to 30 years in
prison. Local prosecutors charged Judge Kline with child molestation
after a man said the judge sexually abused him as a child.
That charge claims that the abuse took place from 1976 to 1978 when
Judge Kline was a lawyer in private practice.
A federal magistrate found that the judge posed a threat and ordered him
to wear an electronic bracelet and stay in his home while awaiting
trial. Trial is set for June 4 in the pornography case. No date has been
set for the molestation trial.
The judge denied the charges. His lawyer, Paul S. Meyer, defers to a
statement.
"The man had a wonderful reputation as a civil trial judge," the
statement said. "He was extraordinarily well-respected, and he brought a
tremendous wealth of experience in complex civil cases from his many
years as a trial lawyer."
Indeed, many of his opponents complimented Judge Kline's work, but said
the charges raised questions about the propriety of his candidacy.
To a great extent, the write-in candidates are focusing on the mechanics
of voting, passing out fliers with as many details on how to fill out
the ballots as on their
backgrounds.
One candidate, John Adams, will pass out pencils on Election Day. The
pencils say: Remove Judge Kline, Write in John Adams, Superior Court
Judge #21.
Still, many voters are confused.
"If he's running unopposed why would we vote?" asked Lisa Smith, 30. "I
don't understand it too much."
