OK, after digging around in the archives of Creative Loafing,  I found the reference to/reason for Colleen's claim that Clara Marsh is a "top Democratic Party  Operative."  I apologize to her for any implied accusation of falsehood. 

Note that I have yet to find any evidence of any misdeeds regarding the blond girl she mentioned in an earlier post.
