Just one of the acceptable definitions from Chaplin's Dictionary of
Psychology.
But it's an important issue as not all definitions lend themselves as well
to AI. My argument has been all along that SOME definitions enable us to
achieve Superhuman AI now, if we just throw lots of money and labour into
the project.
