What The Government Won’t Tell You !
Most Americans may think that the purpose of income tax is to finance the
necessary operations of the government. It is not. That’s right. IT IS NOT!
Congress had done an admirable job of that for some 137 years, without an
income tax, and operated on a balanced budget without incurring a national
debt. In fact, there were occasions Congress took in more money than it
needed. And it is not needed today!
Income tax as we know it, and as it is applied to the masses, is
un-Constitutional!
The chief purpose of the un-Constitutional taxes is to enrich the "banksters"
who own the Federal Reserve, charging us interest on fiat currency (phony
money). In making your income tax payments to the IRS, you would think your
payment would go directly to the Treasury, right? WRONG! If you get your
check back from your bank, it will often state, "Pay any Federal Reserve
Bank, for debts incurred by the US Govt."
"To lay with one hand the power of the government on the property of the
citizen, and with the other to bestow it on favored individuals...is none the
less robbery because it is done under the forms of law and is called
taxation." U.S. Supreme Court in Loan Association v. Topeka (1874).
Does it not seem just a bit odd that a ‘heavy progressive or graduated income
tax’ was enacted in 1913, coinciding with the Federal Reserve Act, and the
debauching of our money by the Fed’s ‘elastic currency’ policies? Both ideas
are straight out of the Communist Manifesto, and one is imperative in order
to ensure the survival of the other. Few people have ever grasped the
significance of this interrelationship.
Contrary to IRS opinion and media propaganda, the 16th Amendment to the U.S.
Constitution (which allegedly authorized the income tax) was never ratified.
Bill Bensen and Red Beckman spent an entire year and went to the 48 states’
legislatures and found out something very shocking. Their exhaustively
researched treatise, The Law That Never Was, Vol. 1 & 2, demonstrates
unequivocally that the 16th Amendment was never properly ratified. It was
simply declared to be ‘in effect’ by President Wilson’s Secretary of State,
Philander Knox, on February 25, 1913. Knox’s own memorandums to his Solieitor
show how specious his rationale was for doing so. It has always been
unconstitutional for the U.S. government to directly tax individuals in their
property, wages, salaries, and earnings (see Article 1, Sec.9). Even if the
16th Amendment were deemed valid, the Supreme Court has held that it created
no new powers of taxation:
‘A proper regard for its genesis, as well as its very clear language,
requires also that this (16th) Amendment shall not be extended by loose
construction, so as to repeal or modify, except as applied to income, those
provisions of the Constitution that require an apportionment according to
population for direct taxes upon property real and personal. This limitation
still has an appropriate and important function, and is not to be overridden
by Congress or disregarded by the courts.’"

Union Pacific R.R. Co., 240 U.S. 1, when they ruled that the 16th Amendment
‘created no new power of taxation’ and that it ‘ did not change the
constitution limitations which forbid any direct taxation of individuals’."

to uphold the Constitution.
