President George W. Bush has announced that 2002 will be a year of war. This war, which according to Vice President Dick Cheney may not end in our lifetimes, has been in the works for at least four years. The CIA had foreknowledge of and complicity in the September 11th attacks: While Bill Clinton issued a finding in 2000 that bin Laden was eligible for execution, the Bush administration ordered intelligence agencies to back off investigations involving the bin Laden family. In 2001, bin Laden was hospitalized in an American hospital in Dubai and was visited by the CIA. The CIA also met with the Pakistani ISI, whose chief, Lt. General Mahmud Ahmad, wired $100,000 to lead terrorist of the suicide hijackings, Mohammed Atta. In July 2001, three American officials met with Pakistani and Russian intelligence in Berlin and told them that the U.S. is planning military strikes against Afghanistan in October. Meanwhile, German and Russian intelligence warned the CIA that terrorists were going to strike U.S. airports and government buildings. Days before the attacks, thousands of put options, bets that a stock will go down, were placed on United Airlines and American Airlines. Such drastic stock trading is monitored by the CIA to prevent such attacks. Many of the puts were purchased through Deutschebank/AB Brown, a firm formally managed by current CIA Executive Director A.B. "Buzzy" Krongard. Zbigniew Brzezinski is the former National Security Advisor to President Jimmy Carter and Co-chairman of the Bush National Security Advisory Task Force. In it he writes, "The public supported America's engagement in World War II largely because of the shock effect of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor." "Turkmenistan.has been actively exploring the construction of a new pipeline through Afghanistan and Pakistan to the Arabian Sea." "It follows that America's primary interest is to help ensure that no single power comes to control this geopolitical space and that the global community has unhindered financial and economic access to it." "That puts a premium on maneuver and manipulation in order to prevent the emergence of a hostile coalition that could eventually seek to challenge America's primacy." "Moreover, as America becomes an increasingly multi-cultural society, it may find it more difficult to fashion a consensus on foreign policy issues, except in the circumstance of a truly massive and widely perceived direct external threat." Musharraf's Pakistani counterpart is Lt. General Mahmud Ahmad, head of the ISI. [Source The Indian SAPRA news agency, May 22, 2001.] June 2001 - German intelligence, the BND, warns the CIA and Israel that Middle Eastern terrorists are "planning to hijack commercial aircraft to use as weapons to attack important symbols of American and Israeli culture." [Source: Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Sep. 14, 2001.] July 2001 - Three American officials: Tom Simmons (former U.S. Ambassador to Pakistan), Karl Inderfurth (former Assistant Secretary of State for South Asian affairs) and Lee Coldren (former State Department expert on South Asia), meet with Pakistani and Russian intelligence officers in Berlin and tell them that the U.S. is planning military strikes against Afghanistan in October. A French book released in November, "Bin Laden - La Verite� Interdite," discloses that Taliban representatives often sat in on the meetings. British papers confirm that the Pakistani ISI relayed the threats to the Taliban. General Mahmud Ahmad (see May 2001), orders an aide to wire transfer $100,000 to Mohammed Atta, who was according to the FBI, the lead terrorist in the suicide hijackings. Mahmud recently resigned after the transfer was disclosed in India and confirmed by the FBI. German police confirm the calls but state that the U.S. Secret Service would not reveal any further information. [Source: German news agency "online.ie", Sept 14, 2001.] July 4-14, 2001 - Osama bin Laden receives treatments for kidney disease at the American hospital in Dubai and meets with a CIA official who returns to CIA headquarters on July 15th. At this time, bin Laden was a wanted fugitive for the bombings of two U.S. embassies and the attack on the U.S.S. Cole. Bin Laden was eligible for execution according to a 2000 intelligence finding issued by Bill Clinton before leaving office in January 2001. Yet on July 14th he was allowed to leave Dubai on a private jet and there were no Navy fighters waiting to force him down. Throughout his stay in the hospital, he receives visits from many family members. This suggests that he is not an outcast of his family. [Source: MS-NBC interview with Putin, September 15.] August 2001 - The FBI arrests an Islamic militant linked to bin Laden in Boston. French intelligence sources confirm that the man is a key member of bin Laden's network and the FBI learns that he has been taking flying lessons. At the time of his arrest the man is in possession of technical information on Boeing aircraft and flight manuals. [Source: Reuters, Sept 13, 2001.] September 1-10, 2001 - Two U.S. carrier battle groups arrive on station in the Gulf of Arabia just off the Pakistani coast. At the same time, some 17,000 U.S. troops join more than 23,000 troops in Egypt. All of these forces are in place before the first plane hits the World Trade Center. [Source: MS-NBC, September 16, 2001.] September 6-7, 2001 - 4,744 put options (a speculation that the stock will go down) are purchased on United Air Lines stock as opposed to only 396 call options (speculation that the stock will go up). This is a dramatic and abnormal increase in sales of put options. Many of the UAL puts are purchased through Deutschebank/AB Brown, a firm managed until 1998 by the current Executive Director of the CIA, A.B. "Buzzy" Krongard. The put option purchases on both airlines were 600% above normal. This at a time when Reuters (September 10) issues a business report stating, "Airline stocks may be poised to take off." September 6-10, 2001 - Highly abnormal levels of put options are purchased in Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, AXA Re (insurance) which owns 25% of American Airlines, and Munich Re. All of these companies are directly impacted by the September 11 attacks. General Mahmud Ahmad of the ISI (see above), friend of terrorist Mohammed Atta, is visiting Washington on behalf of the Taliban. [Source: MS-NBC, Oct. 7.] September 11, 2001 - For 35 minutes, from 8:15 AM until 9:05 AM, with it widely known within the FAA and the military that four planes have been simultaneously hijacked and taken off course, no one notifies the President of the United States. It is not until 9:30 that any Air Force planes are scrambled to intercept, but by then it is too late. This means that the National Command Authority waited for 75 minutes before scrambling aircraft, even though it was known that four simultaneous hijackings had occurred - an event that has never happened in history. [Source: The New York Times, Sept. 30, 2001.] September 15, 2001 - The New York Times reports that Mayo Shattuck III has resigned, effective immediately, as head of the AB Brown unit of Deutschebank. September 18, 2001 - George W. Bush asserts "Executive Privilege" preventing disclosure of his father's vice-presidential and presidential papers. This is a violation of the Presidential Records Act of 1978. A previously abandoned Unocal pipeline from Turkmenistan, across Afghanistan, to the Pakistani coast, for the purpose of selling oil and gas to China, is now back on the table "in view of recent geopolitical developments." Here are some people in charge of investigating the put options made by Deutschebank/AB Brown: A.B. "Buzzy" Krongard - Current Executive Director of the CIA, and former Chairman of AB Brown. David Doherty - Current Vice President of the New York Stock Exchange for enforcement, and retired General Counsel of the CIA. Jon Corzine - Current New Jersey Senator, former Goldman Sachs CEO. Corzine, whose protege is Kevin Ingram, sits on the Senate's Subcommittee on Securites and Investment. (Ingram was a Deutschebank executive until 1999. On August 28, 2001, Ingram pled guilty to conspiracy to launder drug money and arrange the sale of U.S.-made arms to individuals in Pakistan and Afghanistan.) It is important to remember that the CIA is a seperate governing body from congress. The House, the Senate, the FBI, and even the President have no legal right to know what the CIA knows. In 1977, President Jimmy Carter requested information from the CIA and was refused (Source: Dr. Alfred Weber, Senior Policy Analyst at the Stanford Research Institute). In light of this, one might claim that President George W. Bush had no prior knowledge of the attacks, but keep in mind that his father is George Bush Sr, former Director of the CIA from 1976 to 1977 and friend of the bin Laden family. Also, it was George W. Bush that sent in two U.S. carrier battle groups to the Gulf of Arabia before the New York attacks. Once again, this may not be the first time the U.S. staged terrorist attacks to support a war. In the early 1960s, America's top military leaders drafted plans to kill innocent people and commit acts of terrorism in U.S. cities to create public support for a war against Cuba.
