Retired Army General James Davis wrote to Colin Powell on January 12th, when the carnage of the West Bank imprisoned Palestinians could have been avoided. His word about Israeli use of American weapons should be re-examined in light of the awful truth that will soon be undeniable. We use his letter with permission. David write: To Secretary of State Colin Powell, January 12, 2002 It seems that the latest capture by the Israeli government of an arms shipment supposedly intended for the Palestinian Authority has caused all kinds of concern by both the Israeli government and the United States. It seems that the Israelis have been pounding Palestinian villages on a weekly basis, killing hundreds of innocent Palestinians, including a majority of children, with M1A1 Abram tanks supplied by the United States. In addition, the Israelis have used F-16 fighter jets, Apache and Cobra attack helicopters, 155mm howitzers, M-16 automatic rifles, M50 machine guns and many other weapons and ammunition supplied by the U.S. government. Moreover, the Israelis have used American-supplied bulldozers to demolish thousands of Palestinian homes. Just yesterday, the Israelis demolished 70 Palestinian homes. These home demolitions have caused thousands of Palestinian men, women, and especially children to remain without food or shelter. This is a sin against mankind and yet we see no action from you or the State Department, especially since these weapons and ammunition are being used in offensive operations. These crimes would never be tolerated if they were similarly conducted by any other nation. How can you call this a balanced Middle East policy when you deny the Palestinians weapons and ammunition to defend themselves from a brutal occupation? Stones are not much protection against an M1A1 Abram tank. If the United States is concerned about the violence in the Middle East, then your priorities are aimed in the wrong direction. If you're going to deny the Palestinians weapons to defend themselves, then you must stop all military and economic aid to Israel. I make this request, not only because of budgetary constraints, but because Israel continues to disregard U.S. foreign aid policy. There are two important conditions for receiving U.S. military aid that Israel has violated repeatedly. Under the Arms Export Control Act, military hardware provided by FNS funds can be used only for defensive purposes or to maintain internal security. Israel violates both conditions and therefore should be withdrawn from receiving further aid. Just last week Israeli soldiers killed 3 Palestinian teenagers with a tank shell for no reason whatsoever, other than their assumption that the teens looked suspicious. No spin of the tongue can describe this crime as a defensive measure or to maintain internal security. I make this request and recommendation, not only because of Israel's repeated violations of the Foreign Aid Arms Export Control Act, but as a means of bringing peace to the Middle East. The United States' generous handouts to the Jewish State has done nothing but bring more turmoil and violence to the Middle East and to the soils of the United States. If America wants peace in the Middle East, and is serious about fighting world terrorism, then it's time to get tough with Israel, and end all military and economic aid to the Jewish State. James J. Bush has twice repeated his feeble call to Israel to get out of the West Bank, and Israel has again refused, as expected. The second time, on Monday, April 8, President Bush is said to have shaken his finger when referring to Prime Minister Sharon and said, "When I say stop, I mean it." Some have said Bush is giving out weak and uncertain signals to our Israeli allies; others say he is becoming increasingly forceful and did not realize how determined Sharon is to punish the Palestinians. But both statements are false and could not be further from the truth. Sharon is doing exactly what Bush wants done. In this issue we will discuss who the parties to the so-called war really are-and why. Bush has given Sharon the clear and unmistakable signal that he will not interfere with Sharon's timetable; i.e. he and Powell will occupy themselves elsewhere while Sharon's completes his "mission," which includes continued random killing of Palestinians and destruction of property. Bush made this clear by delaying Powell's visit to Israel, by announcing another series of raids on Afghanistan and by stating his intention to attack Baghdad. As an analogy, if you lecture your sixteen-year-old son on the evils of booze while your feet are propped up on a case of Budweiser, what signal would you expect him to respond to? "Do as I do, not as I say" is what Bush told Sharon. Mr. Bush is doing in Afghanistan what Sharon is doing in the West Bank--hunting Arabs. Only the willing press wants to be fooled and will pass on to the public the notion that Bush tried, but Sharon just would not listen. After more deaths, Mr. Bush will be back with more advice for Israel, and eventually, when its purpose is accomplished, Israel will pull out, leaving the Palestinians to count their dead. During this week of careful fumbling, the carnage in west bank towns is truly horrible. Before there can be hope of peace for us and for Arabs anywhere, the lesson we must learn is that Israel's genocide against the Palestinian Arabs is only one part-a single battle--in the ongoing war that the U.S. Government has waged against Islamic independent governments everywhere. Israel is but the snarling pit bull in this arena. Neither Sharon nor Bush are in control of their battles, but in the Warmaker's pecking order, President Bush ranks above Sharon, because it is America that pays the war bills. The blood of every Palestinian child is on President Bush's hands, because it is he who is calling the signals. There are many other bloody hands, as we shall see. The parties arrayed against Palestine are what I will call the "Big Three." The Big Three consists of world Jewry, which once organized as the World Zionist movement; it includes every person who contributes money to the State of Israel. Second is the U.S. Government, which puts the club into the bully's hands, as we have discussed. And third, the hidden force in the Big Three is a certain element within the Christian churches--present to some degree in every sect from Catholic to independent Bible churches--and which element we refer to as Judeo-Christianity, or radical dispensationalism. Ariel Sharon calls them the Christian-Zionists. Without the active support of each of these three groups, there would be no massacres in Palestine. Some may still doubt there is genocide in refugee camps, and for you we provide several Palestinian sites at the end of this document that will give you the information the American media barely touches upon. Some will ask, "why?" Why would each of these three factions want genocide in Palestine? We have asked that question, too, and the answers are clear. Although most of world Jewry would say it does not believe in killing, the stated goal of World Zionism is to clear the land of all its inhabitants, and all Jews who support or contribute to keeping Israel on the dole are supporting and contributing to this radical Zionist mission. The United States Government cannot deny its involvement, because we see it on the newscasts. We see the F-16s or the destruction made by smart bombs used on Palestinian civilians who feel the blast before they ever hear the F-16 presence. We see the terrible killing machine, the Apache, which hovers over its victim like a cat over a mouse, before it kills. Most of the killing equipment that allows Israel to be the bully and Palestinians the helpless victims is provided or paid for by American taxpayer money. No one denies this. The U.S.'s motives are exposed in a Sept. 1994 paper by this author entitled "Attacking Islam" discussed in more detail later. Many have detailed this funding, none more clearly than Andrew Hurley in his book, Holocaust II: Saving Israel from Suicide, re-published under the title One Nation Under Israel. http://www.whtt.org/onui.htm Judeo-Christianity is the only one of the Big Three supporters of Israel that is not well understood. A detailed look at its reasoning and its leaders will be presented in Part VII of this series. However, we have already provided the basic facts in our publication, "Sherry's War." Israel is the aggressor--the schoolyard overgrown bully with a club in his hands, but Israel is not the Warmaker, and without major financing and support from the Big Three, it would be no threat to anyone. My short trip to Israel was long enough to confirm what I had long been told, that Israel is a bankrupt state--not slightly bankrupt, or temporarily depressed, like so many tell us, but hopelessly bankrupt--a totally socialist welfare state. Israel's financial condition is truly a joke. Its so-called "defense budget" overwhelms all its sources of income, including gifts of billions from the U.S. taxpayers. Israel has over 200,000 women and men in uniform plus 400,000 reservists, this in a country smaller than most of our states. This alone proves that Israel is not an independent nation but is someone's clone; else it would have collapsed by the weight of its militarism before it began. Israel can repudiate the shekel and start over-it's only money, and Israel has rich friends. But what will they do with two generations of youth destroyed by rampant materialism and perpetual militarism? In this respect, Israel is only about 30 years behind its socialist model, the Soviet Union. Only the former USSR exceeds Israel in degradation and immorality. In Russia no serious count is made of abortions; in Israel the government has to count them, because it pays for them. Israel is fast closing in on Russia's lead in immorality, because so many Israelis are Russian immigrants. Although I found Russian Jews to be the most friendly of the Israelis, they are already trained in socialism when they arrive. Russia began the process of militarizing and demoralizing its youth about 1920; Israel began the process in 1948. Note that the USSR collapsed in 1982 when they could not defeat Afghanistan. Israel must last another eight years to do as well as the USSR's abysmal performance. It is doubtful that Israel can defeat disarmed Palestine unless it is allowed to use the Daisy Cutters the U.S. tested on the Afghans to incinerate the entire population. Furthermore, Israel has systemically killed, crippled and discouraged its best source of labor--the Palestinians it used to pick the fruit and milk the cows. As a result, their fruit is unpicked, and I do not know who milks their cows. Everything costs a lot in Israel, except what the state gives away almost free, like bus tickets. There is an international elite that controls Israel and that does not care a fig what happens to the 5.7 million lower middle class immigrant residents. It has dropped the economy into the sewer of recession for the greater good of killing Palestinians and destroying their buildings and land. Mr. Bush has as much as given the signal to the Israeli government to get on with the killing, which Mr. Sharon is very good at. His own government reprimanded him for acts that amounted to complicity in mass murders in two Lebanese refugee camps 20 years ago. The victims were Palestinians. It is likely the results in Ramallah and Jenin refugee camps will be so horrible that when just a few of the facts become known, Sharon will again have to resign, as he already admits he is planning. But President Bush will not resign. He will shrug and say, "I told him to stop, and he wouldn't listen." Muslims and followers of Christ have one thing in common with non- Zionist Jews all over the world. They each need to understand that the mass murders in the camps are intentional. These three groups need to link arms and become the "Greater Three" who stand for life. The word "murder" is hardly strong enough for what the Big Three has wrought; the Greater Three must oppose it. The war in Ramallah is not against Arafat or against Palestine; it is against all of Islam. It is designed to inflame and enrage every Islamic in the world. It is designed to increase violent reaction, not to stop violence. It is conducted by the combined power of the Zionists and secular money powers that control the U.S. government. So again you will ask, "Why?" Why would our government seek war all over the world, war without end? The war in Palestine is a war against Islam waged by the Big Three, but it is also against all who cherish true freedom. One does not have to be a Muslim to recognize this; in fact, Muslims who say this will probably be called paranoid. The Bush Administration may not like The U.S. Warmakers' Attack On Islam, but it can hardly say we are unpatriotic, because we stated what he would do six years before he was even elected. We are not clairvoyant. It was obvious back then, and it is doubly obvious today--only a few of the names have changed. Bush replaced Clinton who replaced another Bush, but the plot never changed. Sharon replaced Netanyahu who replaced Barak who replaced Rabin, and that plot never changed either. The plot is the same, because the agenda remains the same. Only when all God-loving and God-fearing people can see the bloody U.S.A. footprints on the dead bodies of Palestinian children will each group--Muslims, Christians and non- Zionist Jews--become aware of the risk to themselves, and link arms to regain a world focused on life, as opposed to a culture of death. "Why would our 'Christian' leaders want war?" I am often asked. Because America is trapped in a war economy, it requires war to make us believe the phony world of our leaders.
