Well, I just forwarded it without comments, so I guess not so much. I went through
an exercise with another correspondent recently that touched on this.

It's not so much the "what" of the story but rather the "who" (as in "who" is putting
this
out). Please note that at NewsMax, you can buy anything with a Republican icon
value (Ronnie hats, Dickie / Elvis photos, and the like). It's not a matter of
whether I
believe it, it's a matter of whoever wrote it and is disseminating it believes it (as
well
as unsuspecting readers).

And I'm not politically motivated toward the Reps or the Dems. They're dinosaurs.

Who do I think is responsible? Any group that has an interest in nullifying diffidence
in the government and its ability to act objectively. Clinton had Waco; Bush has got
NYC. Clinton had Sudan; Bush has Afghanland. Clinton had Somalia; Bush got the
Pentagon/WTC.

Once these morons quit playing games between themselves (outgoing vs incoming
administrations aided by their "loyal" lackies), a lot of this crap will not happen.
Including the finger-pointing.

I had another correspondent a while back who took offense at my suggesting that the
WTC had the same value as the Reichstag. We don't know if the respective leaders
had any foreknowledge in either case, but they both sure took advantage of the
situation. Belief will make a person look foolish. Especially when the belief
includes
thinking the folks at the "top" have everyone's best interests at heart.
