If you meant Arabs in general (under the false rubric of "Palestinian,") this was once the case, yes. I'd put the peak of Arab academic accomplishment at about a thousand years ago. Since then, of course, they have devolved into animals (and no, they have not been alone in their decline).

Attitudes are different from actions. No one blames them, myself included, for being angry at Israel and its allies. Several in this country and around the world HAD begun to be moved by their plight. That, as they say, was a lifetime ago.

Fight my ass! They're now cowardly, murdering scum. If they were fighters, they would engage the army and police which oppress them. When they attack and kill innocent people, they become scum. The same is true of Israelis when they kill innocent non-combatants.

WHAT is "rightfully theirs"? Their "homeland" was named after the philistines by a conquering Roman emperor as a means of rubbing the Jews' noses in their defeat. The term from which Palestine gets it's name was meant as an insult upon the Jewish people and Israel proper.
Now, do you have any facts--as opposed to fairy tales--with which you may enlighten us?
