-Caveat Lector- I'm surprised it's taken this long for Kashoggi's name to come up. I recently read his biography "The Richest Man in the World" and, although it is a very flattering portrayal, Brooke Shields and all, reading between the lines he comes across as one of those who has his finger in every pie.
