Ever see the Discovery program on Eric Laithwaite (mag lev inventor) demonstrating the levitation power of a 50 lb. gyroscope by slowly and effortlessly lifting it over his head? Not bad for a man in his late 70's. C-City. Would you not consider the city itself to be an evolving/self-improving A-Life, smarter than any human living in it?
