MANILA, Philippines (AP) - Philippine customs authorities discovered fake
U.S. Federal Reserve notes with a face value totalling hundreds of millions
of dollars Friday in boxes that a Japanese and an Australian allegedly tried
to ship out of the country.
Bureau of Customs chief Antonio Bernardo ordered the notes confiscated after
the U.S. Embassy's customs attach� confirmed they were fake. Bernardo said
the two suspects will be charged with possession of counterfeit notes and
violation of customs laws.
Customs officials sized the notes, purportedly issued in the 1930-s, in
three metal boxes destined for Tokyo and a ceramic box destined for
Switzerland.
Authorities had became suspicious because the containers, declared as
personal effects, were similar to a box seized at the Manila airport last
month that contained counterfeit notes.
U.S. Customs Attach� David Meisner said the U.S. government never produced
such notes and that the fakes were poorly made with a laser printer that was
nonexistent in the 1930s. ``The notes will never be passed by a serious bank
anywhere in the world,'' he said.

On the Federal Reserve bond scam. I have been investigating this matter for
the last six months and there have been scans of these 1930's hundred
million dollar bonds on my internet site for months, which can be downloaded
from anywhere in the world and copied and I have yet to be arrested.
Why would the US government wish to prosecute anyone for having lazer
photocopies or scans of such bonds, and why would anyone go to such great
risks to smuggle photocopies out of the Philippines? Illegal goods are
normally discovered when they are shipped 'in' to a country, and what would
be the chances of them checking papers as they were shipped 'out' unless
they knew what they were looking for? Why are the owners of these alleged
photocopies of bonds so desperate to get them to Switzerland and Tokyo? If
they really were photocopies, why not fly to Switzerland, download the scans
off the internet, and print them out on a lazer copier in Switzerland. Are
people really so stupid? If they really were scanned originals, why have I
not been arrested for the scans on my internet site? The answers to these
questions seem to be clear.
Based upon information supplied to me during lengthy discussions with a
number of international investment bankers, the following has been alleged.
A: There are trillions of dollars of 'genuine' US Federal Reserve gold
backed bonds in the Far East, particularly in the Philippines.
B: There have been a number of deaths of Westerners in the Philippines
relating to these bonds. On one occasion, someone attempted to withdraw
several of these bonds from a Philippines' depositary, and was killed before
he reached the airport. Imagine going to a bank and withdrawing a million
dollars worth of cash, and on the other hand, imagine withdrawing a 10 cent
piece of paper which is worth a hundred million dollars plus 70 years of
interest. Such news would travel fast, and London bankers have been warned
that they face death for even attempting to cash in these bonds.
C: The Federal Reserve is promising in confidential agreements, to offer 10%
of the face value of these bonds; i.e., a 1930's bond worth 100 million
dollars plus 70 years of interest can be cashed in for 10 million dollars.
D: There have been a number of cases where when the bonds are presented to
the Federal Reserve for inspection, the Fed merely claims that they are
fraudulent, they then photocopy the bond and claim that they received the
photocopy, and they then either destroy the original or claim that the
original is elsewhere. They now have the original bond back, and it is their
word against the bearer.
E: On one occasion one such bond was placed in a depositary in Hong Kong
with the British Freemason owned HSBC, the world's leading drug money
laundering bank. A/K/A The Hong Kong Shanghai Bank of China A/K/A the
British 'Midland Bank' A safekeeping receipt (a certificate of deposit) was
issued, and when the bearer returned to collect the bond, the receipt was
confiscated and he was told that his 'receipt' was fraudulent and that if he
did not leave the bank, that the police would be called and he would be
charged with fraud. It was his word against the world leading
narco-terrorist bank.
The Midland (HSBC) bank uses the advertising phrase 'The Listening Bank' and
according to Freemason researcher Martin Short (Inside the Brotherhood),
this is because if its employees were to 'speak' instead of merely
'listening,' they would have their 'tongue torn out by the roots,' or
't.t.o. by the r' in the Masonic secret language.
F: On another occasion one such bond was presented for verification to a
Swiss bank, and while the bearer was waiting in the bank, the bond left his
sight, and when the banker returned with it, the bond which was returned was
not the same bond that he had brought in, and the banker declared that the
bond was non genuine. Again it is was his word against a Swiss bank.
The matter of the theft of a 10 cent pieces of paper by the world's leading
bankers is not insignificant. Such bonds may be printed on paper worth a few
cents, however they were originally 'gold backed' bonds that had the 'word'
of the Federal Reserve and this 'word' was intended to create the same
'trust' in the 1930, as the Fed asks for its paper today. The word of a
Masonic banker is allegedly his bond, and he claims to be a person of 'high'
moral worth, etc; i.e. his 'word' or his 'signature on a 10 cent piece of
paper 'is' his bond. In the 1930's each bond was linked allegedly to gold to
the value of 100 million dollars. This is the equivalent of taking a $1000
suit to the dry cleaners and the dry cleaners gives you a receipt (a
certificate of deposit) for the coat, and the receipt is a piece of paper
worth a couple of cents. A hundred million dollar Federal Reserve bond was
allegedly a 'receipt' for a hundred million dollars worth of gold. If you
gave the Fed a hundred million dollars worth of gold, you would receive a 10
cents piece of paper in return, and over 70 years, interest would accrue on
this, and you would 'trust' that they would honour their debts, such as they
expect the tyrants of Third World today who are indebted to them to honour
their debts.
Since the 'gold standard' was always a standard of deception, even in the
1930's there never existed enough gold to cover all the bonds that were
issued. Today if the Federal Reserve was to cash in all those bonds at their
true value, it would flood the world with trillions of dollars and the
result would be instant inflation, the collapse of the dollar, and the money
would go into the foreign hands.
The Federal Reserve is like a servant who has 'not' been 'forgiven' a debt
of 10,000 talents (more than the wealth of any ancient king) but has
'dishonoured' the debt anyway by a series of paper shufflings, asset
transfers and insolvencies of its subsidiary banks, as recently as the early
1990's, however it demands the pound of flesh from the Third World, to whom
it has lent only a fraction of what the Federal Reserve banks owe to those
who have their bonds. This is the value of a 'Freemason's' word. When a
Freemason banker states 'my word is my bond,' a study of Federal Reserve
theivery and paper shuffling and is an indication of the thievery of the
highest order and the lengths that they are willing to go to prove that
'their word is the word of a thief and a parasite on the poor.'
According to the U.S. Customs Attach� David Meisner, these hundreds of
millions of dollars of bonds were merely photocopies. This begs a number of
questions.
Consoder:
A: The whole point of taking such paper to Switzerland or Tokyo is to have
them authenticated by those who can be trusted with them, to offer an
authentication 'prior' to them being offered to the Fed for authentication.
The Fed does 'not' want the owners to cash in these bonds, and old bonds are
an embarrassment to them.
B: If the bonds were only photocopies, they would be spotted immediately,
and would be worthless.
C: If the bonds were only photocopies, then one must consider that a colour
photocopy is nothing more than a flatbed scanner and a printer. Why not just
scan the bonds (see scans of 1930's Morgenthau on my site), or photograph
the bonds with a printer's camera, put the scans on a CD, walk out of the
Philippines and print them in Switzerland? Or why not just e-mail or ftp
them or place the scans on an internet site, as I myself have, and I have
never been arrested? However since these bonds must ultimately be
authenticated by the Fed, there is absolutely no possibility of the Fed
paying out 10 million dollars for a piece of paper unless they are 100% sure
of its genuinity and even then, they will only pay out if there have been
other independent verifications of it by other financial institutions who
specialise in verifying such bonds and their history. The Fed want to
wriggle out of this problem without bringing notice on the fact that they
are not only paying a tenth of the 1930's value, but that they are often
willing to pay nothing, which would be an admission that long term Fed bonds
eventually become worthless, since in the distant future, if they pay out on
them all, it will flood the world with dollars and collapse the dollar.
If they were only photocopies, anyone could spot them, and there would be no
need to have their genuinity confirmed by the security houses in Tokyo and
Switzerland. If they were not photocopies, it is unlikely that a Customs
Attach� would be able to prove or disprove their genuinity, since this is a
very specialised business, and the financial houses of Switzerland are full
of paper whose genuinity is disputed, even by experts who have dedicated
their life to the verification of such paper. Further these are 'numbered'
bonds and there is no possibility that the Fed would simply forget about a
100 million dollar bond it issued in the 30's, which in those days was more
than the GNP of most nations.
D: Many businesses in the US have a device that checks to see if a $10 bill
is genuine or not, and not a photocopy. How much more so with a $100 million
bond printed on 70 year old linen? There is simply no possibility of cashing
in photocopies.
The article reads:

Well this begs the question of what is a 'serious' bank? A 'serious' bank
would be a bank (not the non-serious piss-takers of the Fed, who are
laughing at those they own money to) who had experts that could
independently verify such bonds prior to the Fed's own authentication, and
if this occurred, the Fed would have to pay out on them, and it would become
a public matter if the bearer 'disappeared (sic),' i.e., was executed. If
the bonds were simply photo-copies, no Swiss or Japanese financial
institution which has people who have spent their lives examining such
paper, would verify them.
Since the Federal Reserve has offered 10% on these bonds in confidentiality,
there is a 'market' for these bonds even 'prior' to the Fed cashing them. In
other words, if a banker can buy in one of these bonds for a million
dollars, he can sell it for ten million, however no banker would pay that
for a piece of paper unless one of the major financial institutions in
Switzerland, London or Tokyo who specialises in authentication was willing
to verify it, and even then, there is the matter of attempting to get money
off the Fed without being killed in the process, since the number of
disappearances related to carrying such bonds is notorious.
This is just a further example of the lengths that the Federal Reserve are
willing to go to in order to renege on their debts, while at the same time,
they demand their pound of flesh from those who are indebted to them. The
major banks of the world that own the IMF, World Bank and the Federal
Reserve are the criminal fraternities that renege on their debts at every
possible opportunity and at any possible excuse, but that demand that those
to who they have lent money to, and in particular the Third World, offer
their blood to repay such debts, and today we have a situation where 19,000
children die every day due to Third World Debt and where the artificial
strength of the Western currencies allows the supermarkets in Capitalist
states to be full of produce imported from Third World states where people
are starving. Meanwhile, farmers in the Capitalist states are paid not to
grow food, in order to keep food prices high within the Capitalist states.
This is the parasitical scam of having a strong currency due to the fact
that the world's resources are offered to pay off debts for money that never
existed, and if some Philippino has a Federal Reserve bearer bond, he cannot
cash it in without risking almost certain death and is forced to discount it
to a banker who promises him 'something' for it if he can get it to
Switzerland, London or Japan, and into trusted (sic) hands. Thus these bonds
over the years change hands for a fraction of their value, whereas the major
banks keep on lending new money at interest, money created on a computer
screen from 'nothing' by the private bankers who own the Fed, and meanwhile
taxpayers in Capitalist states are taxed to service the government debt,
which is the money that the governments have borrowed in advance from the
Federal Reserve and other private institutions and the Third World is
stripped of assets to pay for loans that ended up in the private bank
accounts of dictators, such as Imelda Marcos who allegedly has $800 million
in a personal Hing Kong bank account, according to London banker who banks
at the same bank. Numerous dictators could have cleared their countries
entire debt just with their own personal fortunes stolen from years of asset
stripping and theft. Meanwhile a third of the world is under the poverty
level as considered by the the Freemason's own institution, the United
Nations, their preliminary One World Government, and an institution that
will have to be fought to the death in the forthcoming nuclear war against
Capitalism
Why would the Fed even pay 10 million dollars for a price of paper, if as
recently as the early 90's, the subsidiary banks of the Federal Reserve were
considered insolvent and merged with other banks? HSBC, for example has a
long history that is interlinked with the Chinese heroin trade and with the
world's major narco-terrorists, the CIA, MI6 and the British Royal Family,
and these bonds are still part of the asset and liability register of HSBC,
for example. What does HSBC have to do with the Federal Reserve banks of the
1930's? Everything. It is after all the City of London that 'owns America
and this is a fact that is no longer held simply by the Timothy McVeighs and
the US patriots, but which is conceded internationally and can be
ascertained from the huge amount of literature on the US Federal Reserve.
America lost its War of Independence from Britain. It may have defeated the
King's Army, but the secret Kabbalistic societies of Scotland and England
that own the banks have had the last laugh on America. That is the Devil
laughing at the suffering of the children of the One God, and they are
laughing all the way to the bank.
America. Throw your Freemason population back into the sea and eliminate the
IRS and the Federal Reserve; those three institutions are but one
institution.
The Second Civil War of independence will occur at Armageddon. That will be
a war of the states against the Federal government that have sold America,
lock, stock and smoking barrel to the Freemasons of the City of London and
to the Zionist nationalists. America's ancestors shed their blood in war to
be duped by a handful of banking families.
Wake up America.
It is time for the people of America to take up arms against their

Klaus Barbie's Bolivian Cocaine Coup.

." On July 17, (1981) the Cocaine Coup began, spearheaded by Klaus Barbie
and his
neo-fascist goon squad dubbed Fianc�s of Death. "The masked thugs were not
Bolivians; they spoke Spanish with German, French and Italian accents,"
Levine wrote. "Their uniforms bore neither national identification nor any
markings, although many of them wore Nazi swastika armbands and insignias."
The slaughter was fierce. When the putschists stormed the national labour
headquarters, they wounded labour leader Marcelo Quiroga, who had led the
effort to indict former military dictator Hugo Banzer on drug and corruption
charges. Quiroga "was dragged off to police headquarters to be the object of
a game played by some of the torture experts imported from Argentina's
dreaded Mechanic School of the Navy," Levine wrote. "These experts applied
their 'science' to Quiroga as a lesson to the Bolivians, who were a little
backward in such matters. They kept Quiroga alive and suffering for hours.
His castrated, tortured body was found days later in a place called 'The
valley of the Moon' in southern La Paz." Women captives were gang-raped as
part of their torture. To Levine back in Buenos Aires, it was soon clear
"that the primary goal of the revolution was the protection and control of
Bolivia's cocaine industry. All major drug traffickers in prison were
released, after which they joined the neo-Nazis in their rampage. Government
buildings were invaded and trafficker files were either carried off or
burned. Government employees were tortured and shot, the women tied and
repeatedly raped by the paramilitaries and the freed traffickers." The
fascists celebrated with swastikas and shouts of "Heil Hitler!" Hermann
reported. Col. Arce-Gomez, a central-casting image of a bemedaled,
pot-bellied Latin dictator, grabbed broad powers as Interior Minister. Gen.
Luis Garcia Meza was installed as Bolivia's new president. Among the first
well-wishers arriving in La Paz to congratulate the new government was
Moon's top lieutenant, Bo Hi Pak (KCIA). The Moon organization published a
photo of Pak meeting with Gen. Garcia Meza. After the visit to the
mountainous capital, Pak declared, "I have erected a throne for Father Moon
in the world's highest city."
According to later Bolivian government and newspaper reports, a Moon
representative invested about $4 million in preparations for the coup.
Bolivia's WACL representatives also played key roles, and CAUSA, one of
Moon's anti-communist organizations, listed as members nearly all the
leading Bolivian coup-makers. [CAIB, Winter 1986].. As the drug lords
consolidated their power in Bolivia, the Moon organization expanded its
presence, too. Hermann reported that in early 1981, war criminal Barbie and
Moon leader Thomas Ward were often seen together in apparent prayer.
Mingolla, the Argentine intelligence officer, described Ward as his CIA
paymaster, with the $1,500 monthly salary coming from the CAUSA office of
Ward's representative. [CAIB, Winter 1986].. ..On May 31, 1981, Moon
representatives sponsored a CAUSA reception at the Sheraton Hotel's Hall of
Freedom in La Paz. Bo Hi Pak and Garcia Meza led a prayer for President
Reagan's recovery from an assassination attempt. In his speech, Bo Hi Pak
declared, "God had chosen the Bolivian people in the heart of South America
as the ones to conquer communism." According to a later Bolivian
intelligence report, the Moon organization sought to recruit an "armed
church" of Bolivians, with about 7,000 Bolivians receiving some paramilitary
training.
