Bill, In late 1968, through end of 1969 (When
I rssigned my NSF Fellowship), I flt certain I
was undersuch an attack.
I wouild hear a (sometimes modulated) 'inner voice'
top of Human Audio Spectrum super high (note,
as in musocal 'note') HISSSS... I had this experience
quite a lot; it would come and go - often as a mindowless
van would appear in the nearest road of alley near where
I was living/staying/visiting. Yes, I believe that something
very much similar to what you intuit and feel, was being
very selectively used way back then.
Why me?
Well, I was a very independent minded, with some very
good technical and scientific creativity, who had just
a few years early elected NOT to study under the
future NASA/USAF dude on a Lawrence Livermore
connected 'Special Scholarship' at UCalBerkeley.
I was a 'dog who bit the hand of his anticipated owner' -
hence 'fair game' for mind/career/life disrupting 'lab rat
of the month' stastus!
I am NOT sure how to detet hese things other than
people , who trust and know each other, comparing
notes, and getting a 'dictionary' on sensations related
to this kind of attack.
THAT occured with me, when I struck up a friendship
with ex-Austrian Robert Erich Eder (later he would
be a 3-tours of Vietnam Volunteer, rather than be
'drafted' for JFK/LBJ/RMN's War!), who was an

REEder was very technologically creative, especially
with respect to Weapons Ideas, and a big student of
military history (His possible father had been a Blond

her Black-Haired [like his older sister] mother's husband
was away as a sniper at the 'Eastern Front' - REEder
was very blond, obsessed with war, but his mother

especially of hate towards people who he felt had

'torments of hell' ...
She says SHE KNOWS something 'invisible'
was there affecting us, and then "Just turned off!".
Have you had such experiences?
I was alos frequently followed by unmarked
car-behaving-like-cars, both in Canada and
in the USA during the period of highest activity.
These are Scum who think they 'OWN THE WORLD'
and follow people who they think "...have figured out
too much" and who are assessed "a determined

It is very hard to speak to people about these kinds
of experiences, because the public has been conditioned

up' conditioning of the public.

Before we can detect these things, a group
of some people who feel they have had similar
experiences need to share and discuss the
various sensations they felt.
THAT is something which people are MOST
reluctant to do. They'd rather relate Ghosts

type I have been describinng. I have spoken
with several intelligent and observant people

I can remember how fucked scared and screwed up
they had made a Col. Adams I met in 1969 in Santa Clara.
Adams, who had been relieved of War Gaming Planning
duty at the Rand Corporation was a buddy of my friend
and teacher George W. Evans, III, a professor of math,
an ex-Submarine officer, and son of famous Math'ian
Georhge Grifith Evans, who had been head of Mathematics
at UCaliforniaBerkeley. George had worked earlier at SRI
(Menlo Park, where his wife was a Division Head as well
as she being a 'Chemical Physicist' - an expert in
explosion theory research and technology, while more
math oriented George had been a Computer Analysis
and Mathematical Modeling Developer who left SRI
in protest against the nonesense going on in Vietnam
and how it wss being Sold to the American Public),
and who died of a heart attack while gardening in 1971,
despite his lean trim condition and that he religiously
ran 5 miles MWF every week - a much better time
to droip dead of heart!
Now, on the other hand, Colnel Adams was one of
three poor-branch of the Mellon-family Colonels who
were brothers, and another one of his brothers
had also been put in a similar - 'medical (mental health)
leave' pressure to retire - bind, while the third,
apparently more cooperative, was being premoted
to Brigadier General. It was plain to me that the
kind had been victim of somekind of thigh techn
psychological attack. Like Gorge Evans, Col. Adams
believed that the War in Vietnam was 'not at all in
America's interest' by 1969.
For one tying, the revolving door of ARVN generals
which the CYA had put into Power in Saigon after
deposing - what's the guys name?...the nominally
once elected president! - ah!: DIEM?! - were nothing
but fucking gangsters who NEVER could gain the
actual allegiance of the ordinary people.
Better and truer to America's professed ideals would
have been to wean HoCHinMinh - who had once
worked as a dish washer in NYC and had a positive
attitude towards the USA, due to higher degree of
abilkity to be ones own man in the USA compared with
almost any other country - and with whom Ho had been
allied during WW2, using his guerilla force against the
common enemy Japs - away from Soviet Russia and
Red China, - in the manner in which former Partisan
(against the NAZI's) leader Tito of Yugoslavia had been
pried loose and independent from Moscow.
But American Politicians and Generals, just as much victims
of cold war anti-communist ideology as Soviet and Chinese
leaders and generals were of Communist Stalinist Ideology,
were just too clouded in their vision. Thus, people like
Adams and Evans were great threats, because they saw
things far more clearly, to the Authority of the Masters in DC.
So they "Had to be neutralized - one way or another."
Adams, whose nerves were weaker, still obsessing on how
Mellon had disinherited his grandfather over an argument
when the grandfather was a young man in his company -
was destabilized mentally, and rendered politically impotent.
Evans, much tougher minded, simply died in a not too
uncommon way for aging American Males - however, he
was ONLY 50 years old! And it is rather uncommon for
aregular runner: Fatal Heart Attack.
In 1970 Evans had told me in Private that he a number of
other (ex-Military and Intelligence) men were going to
become politically visible and "DO Somthing Surprising"
to disentangle the USA from the Vietnam War Quadmire,
"next year". INSTEAD, he suddenly DIED!
You know what kind of SOBs anyone with a clean mind
has to go up against!
Aside: China ,being the Natural Historical Enemy of Vietnam,
had invaded Vietnam in the past. Indeed as for the Global
Contest beween the USA and Soviet Russia, the maximum
effect win possible for the USA would have been attained
by showing ANOTHER example of an 'independent-minded'
small communist country, thereby adding another wedge t
o so-called 'Monlithic Communism'. and giving people in
Eastern Europe another route, rather than that unattainable
but now had, out of the Soviet Corrale.
And to do so would allow the ordinary people of Vietnam
to escape the huge cost and losses, which still effect them,
not only of physical and psychological wounding and deaths,
but as well other the other human and resource losses...due
to lead, explosives posioining or ruining of rice paddy soil
or otherwise harvestable tropical hardwood trees, als from
Agent Orange, etc.
Robert Eder - a great geopolitical strategist - saw this as
early as 1965 and so remarked to me. I wish I knew where
he went.
However, the Techno-War boys wanted to "play with people"...

I'm not sure taht there ARE better detectors than people
themselves, listening carefully to the running sound of
their own 'internal motor' and under what circumstances,
correlated with events happening to other people, and
faint wisps of evidence of being under secret official
observation, and movements in the CNN Pablum Public
Information Controlled field noxious lies releases!
Shielding however is probably a different story, and
lining a selected room (Ceiling Walls, Floor) with heavy
duty aluminum foil, is probably a good start, with EM
Shielding, and may provide some shielding from
'Tempest Technology' (people reading your computer
screen from out in the street or alley from its faint
em emanations.
I will think about this. Please share and discuss what
I have told you with trusted others and see how difficult
they find it to believe. "THEY" have been working decades,
