He is the editor of S.M.A.R.T. - A Ritual Abuse Newsletter. He has published numerous articles on ritual abuse. His topic is : "Our healing and helping others." billie rain is a survivor of familial abuse, ritual abuse, mind control and experimentation. She works to build bridges between survivors and other activists working for social change. She believes child abuse must be challenged as part of larger oppressive systems and survivors have vital insight and wisdom to contribute to movements working for social justice. The title of her presentation is: "The Healing Journey as a Site of Resistance." deJoly LaBrier is a survivor of a military sex ring, satanic ritual abuse, and mind control. She has written two books, "Diary of a Survivor in Art and Poetry," and "DISCONNECT, Understanding and Living With Multiple Personality Disorder. deJoly has helped others in their healing process by speaking out across the country. Her topic is: A Lost Childhood: Recovering Memories From the Ruins Dr. Sorensen is a clinical psychologist with 25 years experience, a ritual cult survivor, energy healer, martial artist and author of "Hearts of Fire: Cult Recovery and Spiritual Transformation" (booksurge.com). She will be speaking about : "Energy Medicine and Trauma Recovery." Dr. Suzanne Lewis is an R.N., has an M.S. in counseling and a Ph.D. in Psychology. She is a survivor of S.R.A. and now has a counseling practice that helps a variety of clients including SRA victims. Her doctorate dealt with techniques for an SRA victim. She will be speaking about : "Psychotherapy and Spirituality : A Paradigm for Healing." Hal Pepinsky teaches criminal justice at Indiana University, Bloomington. He learns from and brings ra/mc survivors to his classes. His special "empirical" interest is in violence against children--how the violence happens, how victims and adults around them, as in the legal system, respond. Hal will talk about "How a person's personal experience influences their belief system in terms of abuse allegations, and how survivors can provide a public forum for their experiences." Judith Remet, M.B., B.Ch., B.A.O. worked for 25 years as a clinical psychiatrist. A few years ago, she ended her practice and now focuses on writing, teaching, and consultation. She has presented several conferences and workshops on trauma-related topics Pat Wrightsman, M.S. R.N. has been a registered nurse for 30 years. She has worked with traumatized children, families and groups. She is a certified Breathworker and clinician. They will have a CD called, "Legacy: Songs for Survivors." The title of their presentation is : Cleaning Ladies Communique 2002 - Songs of Hope and Signs of Inspiration. Jeannie Riseman MSW, is a retired clinical social worker, an RA/MC survivor and a grandmother among other things. She is the content owner of the "Ritual Abuse, Ritual Crime, and Healing" home page (http://www.ra-info.com), a Board member of Survivorship, and the editor of Survivorship's publications. (http://www.survivorship.org) The title of her presentation is "Simplifying Complex Programming." Tara Shen, a recovering survivor of incest, Satanic Ritual Abuse and MKULTRA, has been healing for the past twelve years. Most of the abuse took place in Connecticut in the 1960's. Tara moved several times from state to state beginning in the late 1970's. She went back to school in 1996. She received a Masters degree in Psychology three years later. Since August ‘99 she has been working in a clinical setting, most clients are adult survivors of sexual and physical abuse.
