The original message was posted to EEJH, the European Jewish History and Culture list, with [antisemitism] in the subject header; I stripped all the specific list info when I cross-posted. Part of their mission includes exposing and debunking Jew-hatred, of which this is a classic piece. I was surprised to see it in the JWR. I would have expected to see it in the Journal of Historical Review or in the Spotlight (I understand the latter is now defunct?). 3. On Holocaust denial: We had this discussion before you joined, Thew. The intention was to keep the list from becoming a propaganda outlet for Holocaust deniers, not to prevent the posting of news stories. I actually hadn't read down that far so I didn't see that before I posted it. I figure there's someone collecting every clipping they can get his or her hands on about the LAX shooting, regardless of source or the reliability thereof (I do the same with anything about the Three Tenors) -- and I simply added to the archive. Believe me, I do not endorse the views of whatsherface (I won't glorify her name by mentioning it); the woman my kids call "Aunt Janet" was a child survivor of Terezin, another close friend lost every member of his grandparents' generation, a good number of members of the EEJH list mentioned above are survivors; Thew, you said you're a child of survivors, and my biological father was a survivor. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
