-Caveat Lector- For the record, remember that these are the elite. They could easily have payed people to cover up preganancies even if abortions were illegal and could have used their positions of power to intiate there "upkeep" The legalisation of abotion was partially brought forth to counter the surge of lehtal abotion procedures that were taking place in secret and causing mothers to die. There may be some depopulation methods being used by groups of people, but abotion just so happens to not be a mechanism. Roe vs. Wade (1973) ruled that abortion was unconstitutional, because women were a more powerful status, not because some powerful elite were trying to depopulize the "commonfolk." Even with millions of abotions perfomed each year, our populaiton continues to remain relatively stable- better stable than having another baby boom.
