July 27, 2002 NA (Network America) e-wire From: Jim Condit Jr. As of this writing, Congressman James Traficant is ex-Congressman James Traficant. He was expelled from Congress about on the night of July 24, 2002 at about 10 PM EST. Congress expelled him for something or other that was never quite specified to my understanding. The facts that have come out make it clear that the Ruling Elite has been trying to get Traficant for years. The Judge in his case. Judge Leslie Wells, is obviously crooked, as almost all Judges now on the bench are - when they are told to fix a case. This no-count Judge herself belongs in jail for the way she conducted the Traficant trial, and suppressed tons of evidence from the jury. And now it has come out that the Judge's husband's law firm was receiving business and payments from the people who were the basis for the RICO case against Traficant. (That means the Judge would have HAD to recuse herself from the case -- in the old America we used to live in.) RICO suit? Let's take a moment to dwell on the absurdity of a RICO suit in this case. RICO, an acronym for the "Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act", has become a Zionist Talmudic Jew concoction to put their enemies in jail or drive them out of business. It was used early on the great Joe Scheidler of the Chicago based Pro-Life Action League, because he was peacefully picketing and counseling in front of abortion kill chambers - and saving the lives of countless babies as well as the peace of mind of countless mothers. Planned Parenthood operatives were seeing Satanic Purple because Joe Scheidler and the legion of sidewalk counselors he inspired to action -- were helping mothers STAY mothers of live babies --- instead allowing Planned Barrendhood to TRANSFORM them into mothers of dead babies (for a hefty fee, of course!). Anyway, Joe and the Pro-Life Action Leauge have been hounded for years as a "Racketeer Influenced" and "Corrupt Organization" -- for saving babies in many states, and traversing state lines to do so. That gives you some idea of the evil people who use RICO lawsuits against anybody and everybody who they want to shut down or put in jail. (Incidentally, the Supreme Court has agreed to hear Joe Scheidler's appeal, which should be interesting, since the way RICO has been used against Joe and the Pro-Life Action League would end freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, and much else in Bill of Rights.) So now Traficant was absurdly hit with a RICO suit. As he said in his closing comments before Congress, we're getting to the point where mothers conspiring to buy Kellogg's Corn Flakes will be indicted in a RICO suit. WHY THE RULING ELITE WAS OUT TO GET TRAFICANT Here's why the Ruling Elite was really after Traficant: 1) he stood up for John Demjanjuk when he discovered evidence that Demjanjuk was not Ivan the Terrible. Israel's Supreme Court felt compelled to release Demjanjuk in the face of the proof that he wasn't Ivan the Terrible, but the American Israeli Lobby has never forgiven Traficant for helping to clear Demjanjuk, and also for flying to Israel to escort his constituent home. Traficant revealed in his closing speech that, while the Israeli Supreme Court exonerated Demjanjuk based largely on the evidence produced by Congressman Traficant, -- that Congress would not even have a hearing on the proof that Demjanjuk was not Ivan the Terrible - because it was "too sensitive." At that point, Traficant turned to his colleagues and, leaning close to the microphone, asked (paraphrase): "Congress, look at ourselves, what have we become?" 2) Traficant, according to Oliver North commenting on FOX during the proceedings, helped to ensure that American servicemen did not have to wear UN flags and UN berets in certain situations. 3) Traficant was the key Congressman in passing legislation that forced the IRS to prove its cased before they seized an American's home. This legislation passed circa 1998. In the year previous, the evil IRS had seized 10, 067 American homes without having to prove their case. In the year following passage of the Traficant legislation, ONLY 51 HOMES WERE SEIZED IN ALL 50 states! - Does that tell you something? Absorb that Landslide Drop in home seizures when the IRS had to PROVE its case against the homeowner. Now - LITTLE MENTIONED TRUTH ABOUT THE IRS Few others will draw this connection, but the Infernal Revenue Service is and always has been a Talmudic Jew operation to seize the property of Gentile Americans at will. Nothing is more un-American than the IRS - which, as Joe Sobran pointed out - treats all Americans at all times as suspected felons; which treats all Americans as basically "guilty until proven innocent." The existence of the IRS is an abomination when you realize that the 16th amendment was sold to Congress and the American people as a way to tax rich people on bank interest and rental income - but SPECIFICALLY wages earned by the working class were EXCLUDED. Then during World War II, along came the "Bernard Baruch pay-as-you-go tax", in which manipulating Talmud Jews like Bernard Baruch sold the American Congress and people on the idea that they would take just 1% of everyone's income for the war effort. Sounded reasonable. But that 1% never went away, and now it has grown to up to 28% !!!!!!!!! All illegal. All despicable. As we always find in such cases of evil and oppression, Jews hold high positions in the IRS, and an astounding number of the head Commissioners have been Jews in this last half century. With the Talmudic mentality (see Michael Hoffman's book, "Judaism's Strange Gods"), the Talmudic Jews believe that the property of all Gentiles is their property anyway. So if they can use the IRS to seize 10,067 homes in 1997 without having to prove their case against the Gentile families - SO MUCH THE BETTER. (Was there even one Jewish home seized? I'd like to know.) You can see why Congressman Traficant's law making the Talmudic Jews behind the IRS prove their case before they seize your property - makes the Talmudic Jews real mad. (The whole sordid, dishonest, illegal history of the Jew-driven IRS and the way it has illegally applied the income tax to American workers - is too much to go into here.) The IRS selectively protects their friends, and persecutes their enemies. One of the best moments on TV news/talk in recent times was when O'Reilly of FOX Cable News had on some corrupt-faced Jew who had been former IRS commissioner. The name is not important, but I have it on tape. O'Reilly balled this guy out real good for trying to excuse why the IRS wouldn't investigate Jesse Jackson's obvious corruption in the expenditure of a large part of his tax exempt Foundation money. O'Reilly wouldn't back down, and he really told this corrupt former IRS Commissioner off but good. The Jewish guy did not say anything at the end of the interview, -- but had this part angry, part bewildered look on his face, -- as if to say, "Hasn't anybody told this guy he works for us yet?" (Incidentally, if anyone is "horrified" at me for such phrases as "corrupt-faced Jew" - I'm just following the lead of all the Jewish newsmen and commentators on TV who negatively treated and recklessly demeaned Cuban Americans as a group during the Elian saga, and who are now attacking Arabs en masse every time you turn around, as well as calling for the mass extermination of Arabs in many cases. So, before you vent at me, make sure you take out your outrage on the Jewish commentators on the electronic media who brought this type of commentary back into vogue in recent years.) WHY ALMOST ALL THE CONGRESSMAN VOTED TO EXPEL TRAFICANT ALL CONGRESSMEN MUST LOOK OVER THEIR SHOULDER AT THE IRS, which can single them out with unlimited resources at any time. The IRS code itself is like the Jewish Talmud - a bewildering collection of rules and commentary that no one can possibly know in relation to how it will be applied in every case. But even worse, when the persecutors and prosecutors and judges are out to get someone, they just make up new interpretations. This is the essence of Jewish jurisprudence - and the antithesis of Anglo-Saxon jurisprudence. We pro-lifers experienced this type of Communist-Jewish "law" in the 1986 pro-life picketing cases, when Judge Thomas Crush disgraced himself forever by letting the Planned Parenthood lawyers set up a Communist-style ruling that could convict anyone at any time of anything. Things were so bad, that on June 28, 1986 little Jewesses like Lynn Estomin were empowered by Judge Crush's Communist-style ruling - to stand on the lawn of Planned Parenthood and tell the Hamilton County Sheriff's who to arrest. (28 pro-lifers were arrested for peaceful picketing, including this writer, and we spent 13 hours in jail - only being released because of a large number of demonstrators, and some honest local newsmedia reporters, who stayed at the Court House. One of the pro-lifers was arrested on the "strength" of a BLANK arrest warrant. Now in America, that would be the basis of a counter lawsuit against Hamilton County, for putting themselves in collusion with the Planned Parenthood moral devils. But in the America we now live in, ruled by Talmud Jews and their accomplices at the top of Freemasonry, a little Talmud Jewish Judge by the named of Carl Rubin, of unhappy memory, slapped a "frivolous lawsuit" penalty on the pro-life lawyers who tried to get justice for the pro-lifer jailed under that blank arrest warrant. Rubin, knowing the evil he was about to do, had metal detectors - for the first time ever - brought to the court house in Cincinnati, so as to make sure none of the pro-lifers were carrying guns into his courtroom. That's how guilty this evil Jewish Judge was feeling that day. His absurd ruling against the pro-life lawyers was eventually overthrown by a group of Kentucky appeal judges from outside the area - but justice was never done for the pro-lifer arrested on a BLANK arrest warrant. SO, if you haven't seen these Judges in ACTION in a SENSITIVE CASE, you may have a hard time imagining how crooked and evil they are when trying to carrying out the ORDERS of Judmas (Judeo-masonry). AND - I know from cases like this who we were actually fighting - and its NOT the Jesuits, Mr. Tupper Saucey. And its not the Reptilians, Mr. David Icke. On the front line, we were fighting Talmud Jews and Freemasons, and some disgraceful Catholic Judges like Judge Thomas Crush, who was, as far as I could see, willing to sell his soul to keep his position, or maybe avoid the kind of punishment that Judmas could have rained down upon him, if he had acted as an honest AMERICAN judge, instead of a pathetic Judmas puppet. So, I see the earmarks of railroad and corruption all over the Traficant case. I've been there, and not only in the case I mentioned above. TRAFICANT - NOT A PERFECT CANDIDATE FOR OFFICE I have never been able to get behind Jim Traficant as a candidate because he is pro-abortion, and a Catholic on top of that, which makes his pro-abortion position even worse, because he knows better and was taught right when he was young. I hope he rethinks this, and changes his mind back to what is right on the abortion issue. But the above is the truth about why Jim Traficant was thrown out of Congress on July 24, 2002. A SUMMARY OF THE "EVIDENCE" AS I COULD GLEAN IT Having watched and studied the case as much as I could in the last few weeks, amongst everything else, here is where is stands as far as I know: 1. Traficant says there is no physical evidence against him. None. After 10 years of trying to get him - not one audiotape, telephone wiretap tape, videotape on over 1000 documents, fingerprint, etc. Not one. No FBI witnesses were willing to take the stand against him - they didn't want to be cross examined. Traficant claims all the witnesses against him were themselves under threat from the FBI or IRS. He claims that the FBI or the IRS not only threatened to persecute and indict the witnesses they intimidated, but their wives and families as well. (This is more than believable from these two thug-driven syndicates which are still passing as part of an American government.) 2. So, I'm waiting for the response from the likes of the Big Media, the likes of weak-spined, cowed Congressmen like Rep. Joel Hefley, and the likes of Mishpucka Congressmen like Howard Berman. And what do we get? Generalities. Nothing specific. Something about workers from his Congressional office came to his farm and did some work. "There was plenty of physical evidence" says some Congresswoman on the floor of Congress in rebuttal to Traficant, but I am looking for something you can understand, and nothing is said. Generalities. More generalities. 3. Traficant addresses all the charges against him, and appears to do so credibly. One prosecutor type of a Congressman stands up to say (paraphrase): "Do you think THIS fellow (Traficant) would ever let himself be caught in the act?" Traficant later responds (paraphrase), "20 years? Am I that good? I don't think so." At another point, in a committee hearing before the final showdown, Traficant said (paraphrase), "Some times workers from my office would come down to the horse farm, we would drink a few beers, go out on the boat, and sometimes some of the guys would voluntarily do some work on the barn. (Pause. Then voice rising.) If they need to send me to jail for 20 years because a few of my office workers came down to the farm and did some work, then so be it." So help me, after listening to a few hours of the proceedings, that's about the most serious charge I could glean from the "case" against Traficant. And then there are the witnesses and would be witnesses who turned on the government case. One lady, who had managed Traficant's horse farm, was told Traficant had initiated a plot to kill her. This was proved to be an elaborate FBI lie, complete with taking the lady into hiding for 80 days, or something like that. When she found out the truth, the lady testified before Congress on behalf of Traficant, broadcast on C-Span. In another case, a juror comes out and says that if he had been allowed to know all the evidence, he would have acquitted Traficant. Now - All this is presented to Congress as a reason to at least postpone the vote until September 4, 2002 - by which time the drama about this case's CROOKED Judge can be played out in the courts - now that we know her husband had as a client the people who are the "reason" for the RICO suit, meaning she HAD to take herself off the case BY LAW. So there should be a mistrial, or something to that effect, on that score alone. But, the low down Congress would hear none of it. They had gotten all the signals that they had better convict, and they were going to convict, LEST THEY BE THE NEXT TARGET. And, believe me, the already pusillanimous pool of Congressmen got another message, the same that was delivered many time over the last ten years to Traficant, according to Traficant himself in his final speech, "WATCH WHAT YOU SAY." The way I got the numbers, it went this way: 420 votes in Congress to throw Traficant out of Congress, somewhere between 7 and 13 abstentions, and one vote not to throw Traficant out of Congress. ANOTHER GIVAWAY: BIG MEDIA COVERAGE Next: Another big giveaway is the coverage of the Big 5 TV Networks during and immediately following the vote to throw Traficant out of Congress. While Hannity and Colmes seemed willing to give Traficant a forum on their talk show, the NEWS portions of these channels very cleverly carried "all anti-Traficant all the time", when they covered it. This is one of those cases when you would think all the "Big Time Reporters" had an IQ dip to about 25 points, unable to analyze, unable to raise questions about Traficant's questionable conviction in court. They all just reported the court conviction as if it had been presided over by Solomon himself. (I would like to hear the JURY INSTRUCTIONS of that Judge Lesley Wells, as the jury instructions of Judges are so often just directions to convict - when the "Powers that Be" are out to get someone.) HYPOCRISY OF CONGRESS IN THROWING OUT TRAFICANT Traficant was thrown out, but still Congressman Barney Frank, who admittedly had a sodomite brothel and prostitute ring operating out of his apartment - was not thrown out Congress. Senator Ted Kennedy, for leaving a girl to die for 12 hours before calling the police, was not thrown out of Congress. The Congressmen who fornicated with a 17 year old girl page in the one case (I think that was Congressman Dan Crane), and a 17 year old boy page in the other case some years ago (I think that the sodomite Congressman in that case was Gary Studds of Masssachusetts) - were not thrown out of Congress. And, as Traficant pointed out, what those two Congressmen did was rape according to the law in all 50 states. But when the IRS and the FBI is out to get Traficant -- 420 of the 435 Congressmen voted to oust him - even though there was no physical evidence produced against him - everything was done on hearsay extracted from witnesses who were themselves under threat from the FBI or other government agency to testify against Traficant - or ELSE!!! Congress. What - a bunch --- of despicable cowards and crooks. It was heartening to hear Traficant, voice strong, determined, and even proud, saying (paraphrase): "I'm not afraid to go to jail. I'm ready. I don't want to be kicked out of Congress, but I think that's what you're gonna do. And it's gonna hurt me when some of you do it. But I'll be damned (voice rising) if I'm gonna plead guilty to something I didn't do just to stay out of jail. Americans are afraid of their government. And it shouldn't be that way. But I'm not afraid of the government. And when you're being railroaded in Court, and you can't get some justice in the People's House - where can you get it?"
