It is abundantly clear that the SECRET GOVERNMENT created the HIV virus
in approximately 150 laboratories from 1961 until 1978 as documented
perfectly in the SPECIAL VIRUS CANCER PROJECT.
However HIV isnt the ONLY VIRAL GENOCIDE created by man at loose
in the world today.
There is that SPECIAL RELATIONSHIP between SIMIAN VIRUS NUMBER 40
and EPSTEIN-BARR. EPSTEIN-BARR is a MAN-MADE VIRUS also
documented in the SPECIAL VIRUS CANCER PROJECT. And although
SIMIAN VIRUS NUMBER 40 wasnt MAN-MADE , it was at least a CONTAMINANT
in ALL POLIO VACCINES starting in the late FIFTIES. In other words
EVERY SINGLE PERSON who has ever had a POLIO VACCINE SHOT
is NOW CONTAMINATED with SIMIAN VIRUS NUMBER 40 . SV40
is a known ONCOGENIC VIRUS . ONCOGENIC VIRUSES are those
which cause CANCER.
On page 111 - 112 of the SPECIAL VIRUS CANCER PROJECT it states
that EPSTEIN-BARR is the TRIGGER VIRUS for SIMIAN VIRUS NUMBER 40.
EPSTEIN-BARR is also a MAN-MADE VIRUS.
So here we have DOCUMENTATION put out by the NATIONAL CANCER INSTITUTE
saying that EPSTEIN-BARR VIRUS is the TRIGGER VIRUS for SV-40 to turn
human cells into MALIGNANT CELLS.
This is another PLANNED POPULATION REDUCTION PROGRAM as practiced
by the SECRET GOVERNMENT as ordered by the DUKE of EDINBURGH.
The actual GO SIGNAL for the PLANETARY CLEANSING was given by
the COEFFICIENTS CLUB a higher ranking and occult group evolving
out of the ROYAL INSTITUTE of INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS. Some of
the early members of the COEFFICIENTS CLUB were BERTRAND RUSSELL
and H.G. WELLS as well as LORD LOUIS MOUNTBATTEN.
