The expanse of monies and powers afforded it are ever escalating and another example of our nations march towards a One World Government and military. The newest trend is to do it in the name of the “War On Terrorism”. Now being used as the reason for everything from kangaroo style courts to discarding of our Constitutional Republic. It has become the stalwart excuse for the application of Martial law and the eventual demise of our once great Republic. Now in our midst is the multiple force exercise officially known as Millennium Challenge 2002, mandated by congress to help U.S. forces for their future role. The preparations are now underway in Southern California and Nevada for an immediate start to this exercise, the largest military experiment in U.S. history. The millennium Challenge exercise will consist of approximately 13,500 troops, sporting the latest in military hardware. Everything from the newest simulation devices, the latest thesis of future conflicts to the cutting edge of military hardware will be tested. Technologies like the Dragon Eye, a five pound, unmanned aerial vehicle for reconnaissance to a high speed naval vessel capable of speeds reaching 55 miles per hour. Over a three week period, troops will play out a number of scenarios ranging in scope from weapons of mass destruction and urban warfare to the use of and cooperation with the United Nations and Humanitarian relief exercises. Several years of planning have gone into this exercise, and will reinforce the practice of changing the focus of the military from one of a concerted force to be reckoned with in case of a traditional war to a force capable of dealing swift hammer like blows to a different type of enemy. An enemy like the civilians populating our country to an enemy like those declared as terrorist, extremists, anti government or whatever doublespeak used at the time by those illumined ones bent on the destruction of our Constitution and Republic. The exercise will see how the military can react to an incident that could theoretically “spin rapidly out of control to all out warfare”. The exercise will begin with a scenario of a country stricken by a massive earthquake. While at he same time, a decision by the world court over disputed territories outrage coup leaders and prompts a military buildup and shipping blockade. Next the United Nations votes to impose sanctions. Employing a number of Order Out Of Chaos scenarios, the exercise gives a clear picture of the path the New World Order crowd would have this country take. The Joint Forces Command, operating in Suffolk, Va., is coordinating the experiments from July 24 through Aug. 15 off the coast of San Diego and at bases in Southern California and Nevada. Top military brass, including the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the chief of Naval operations, will attend. But the quagmire gets even stickier. Some background of the structures and entities of the military industrial complex is needed to fully understand the magnitude of the menace. Among the agencies involved are most notably: The U.S. Joint Forces Command (U.S.JFCOM), The Joint Battle Center (JBC), The Joint Training Directorate (J7) and J9, the J-19 labs, the Joint Warfighting Center(JWFC), the U.S. special Operations Command, the U.S. Space Command, the U.S. Naval command, the U.S. European Command, the U.S. Transportation Command, The U.S. Strategic Command, the U.S. Central Command, the U.S. Southern Command and the U.S. Pacific Command, amongst other plethora of commands. The U.S. JFCOM Mission, from their own writings, is as follows: “As the central advocate of Jointness, USJFCOM maximizes the nations future and present military capabilities through joint concept and development and experimintation, recommending joint requirements, advancing interoperability, conducting joint training and providing ready CONUS-based forces and capabilities to support other CINC’s the Atlantic Thearter, and domestic requirements.” In a white paper entitled “Military Reform Project: A Path Towards Transformation”, Ret. Gen. Charles E Wilhelm, USMC, describes what the JFCOM’s mission and tasks are. “Being newly tasked with land and maritime defense of the United States, JFCOM, headed by Army General William F. Kernan, has been in the vanguard to redefine strategy, doctrine, and force structure”. “For nearly a decade, the Pentagon and military services have been attempting to refocus on new and emerging threats…such as so called rogue states and non-state actors (tribes, armed gangs, terrorist groups) using weapons of mass destruction; skilled in urban and or guerilla warfare;…and other unconventional methods of waging war”. “In June 2000, JFCOM provided, in Joint Vision 2020, a kind of road map for how the U.S. military should work together on the battlefield: ‘this is what we should be able to do, this is how we are going to thinkabout fighting, etc.’” One of the other areas that the U.S. JFCOM is involved in is “Joint Experimentation”. Such as the Multinational Limited Objective Experiment II, and The Future Of Joint Space Force Application. It also boasts in its own operations briefings of many other “Premier Events”, such as: Rapid Decisive Operations, Olympic Pathway, Olympic Challenge 2004, and Pinnacle 2005. The Joint Battle Command (JBC), located in Suffolk, VA has a large role as well. Some of those from their very own writings being: the long term transformation of joint force, Maintain close contact with government and industry developers and conduct experiments, demonstrations, and other events to foster rapid insertion and exploitation of identified off-the-shelf capabilities. Along with the Joint Warfare Center (JWFC)/ Joint Training Directorate (J7) annually conducts and supports numerous joint and multinational training exercises worldwide. All of their exercise training conforms to procedures within the Joint Training System as described in CJCSM 3500.03(Joint Training Manual for the Armed Forces for the United States). The USJFCOM JWFC/J& directly supports five of the six categories of military training as defined in above mentioned manual. Category 2 - Component Interoperability Training (U.S. only) Joint Interoperability Training Division (JW200) Category 3 - Joint Training (U.S. only) Training and Exercises Division (JW300) Category 4 - Multinational Interoperability Training Joint Interoperability Training Division (JW200) Category 5 - Joint/Multinational Training. Training and Exercises Division (JW300) Category 6 - Interagency/Intergovernmental Training Training and Exercises Division (JW300) Again, from their own writings: “The JWFC supports several different categories of exercise and trains both U.S. and foreign military forces. Category 3,5, and 6, exercises are supported by the Training and Exercises Division (JW300). Category 2 and 4 exercises are usually supported by the Joint Interoperability Division (JW200). Coordination of JWFC’s support to NATO/PfP (North Atlantic Treaty Organization/Partnership for Peace) Exercises falls under the purview of the NATO/PfP Exercise and Engagement Division (JW400)”. Some of their functions and responsibilities are as follows: Manage NATO/PfP Policies and Strategies Plan NATO/PfP Exercises Support NATO/PfP Exercise Execution Manage NATO/PfP Exercise Reporting Provide NATO/PfP Joint Doctrine/JTTP Support The JWFC also maintains such programs and Projects as: “Joint Conflict and Tactical Simulation (JCATS); and the Joint Event Management Information System (JEMIS).
