I've never posted to the C-List before, having been a lurker for quite a
while. Could the post below please be forwarded, or if not, could I be told
how to go about getting it sent? I realize that it hardly qualifies as
"on-topic" but I feel that some misinformation is accidentally being
promulgated, and in the arena of the War on (Any) Drugs (That Free Your
Mind Instead of Enslaving It) that's a big, big, problem.
