Yes, most people don't realize what a scourge Islam was on what they saw (and I agree) as Apostate Christianity. We might yet see it again. BillK -Caveat Lector- No foreign powers (per se) - By Jewish law - by the 1st of the 10 commandments - to worship any but god is idolatry. As soon as Christianity divided god into 3 parts, it broke the 1st commandment. This is one of the "problems" that Islam tried to correct, one of the places it saw people had strayed from the original covenant made with god.
