I moderate a list where there's about 6 people, who have been banned for everything from plagiarism to stalking, and who keep trying to come back under different aliases. They must have 300 or more aliases. I'm now at the point where, for ALL of the lists I moderate, I require emails from potential members so I can run header checks. I'm thinking about no longer accepting freemail accounts. One list I'm on required me to use my ISP email, and then let me switch to my Yahoo email after I had established myself.
