I wonder if there could be any connection between the Dutch company which controls all companies in US handling airport security contracts and Israel Military Industries' (IMI) Academy for Advanced Security and Anti-Terror Training, which the Carlyle Group is trying to buy.  IMI is apparently an Israeli government-owned company stemming from the Haganah (closely tied to Israeli mafia), and owns the rights to the Uzi machine gun.  The man who invented the Uzi has lived in Philadelphia since 1976.

In the article at http://afrocubaweb.com/news/israelispying.htm there is the following paragraph.
 
"To make the situation worse, a private security company called ICTS, owned by an Israeli, Ezra Harel, and registered in the Netherlands, was employed at Charles de Gaulle airport to screen passengers boarding US planes. Most of its personnel are ex-Shin Bet officers. The company covers security at Boston�s Logan airport, where the American Airlines plane came down after flight attendants and passengers overpowered Reid."
The point of thie article was that ICTS knew Reid was dangerous, but allowed him on board a flight from Tel Aviv to Paris. Maybe they did and maybe they didn't. But the idea that an Israeli owned company had inside access to the airport used to launch an abortive terror attack brought to mind the strange message Odigo Systems, another Israeli owned company with offices near the World Trade Towers, received that warned of the impending attacks before the hijacked planes had even left the ground.
So, I went back to another story that had surfaced briefly, reported at www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=26626 about how at least one hijacker had smuggled a GUN aboard one of the hijacked planes. Even prior to 9-11, getting a gun on board a passenger plane represented a serious lapse of security. I wondered why this story of a gun was being concealed behind talk of box cutters and screwdrivers.
Sure enough, a visit to ICTS' own web site at http://www.icts-int.com/ confirms that ICTS is in fact an Israeli owned company, and that it sells services to every airport from which the hijacked planes operated, including security, sometimes through wholly owned subsidieries like Huntleigh USA Corporation.
It has been suggested that the incredible feat of hijacking four aircraft without a single arrest at the gate would require the resouces of a nation-state. This is even more true with the revelation that at least one gun had managed to be aboard a hijacked plane. One company had automatic inside access to all of the airports from which hijacked planes departed on 9-11, and to the airports used by Richard Reid, the shoe bomber. An Israeli company. One that Mossad agents could easily find employment with without the management knowing who they were or what their purpose really was.

The planners were no dummies. They must have counted on receiving protective cover and a window of opportunity by someone high up at US Air command. Why else choose Boston? In addition to the protection that the planners were to receive from certain Air Force elements, there is another plausible theory for choosing Boston's Logan Airport as well as United and American Airlines planes. It should be noted that the  firm which provides security at Boston's Logan Airport and also Newark Airport, and also works extensively with United and American Airlines, is a company called Huntleigh USA. 90 Claiming that Huntleigh USA's airport security was grossly negligent on 9-11, family members of some of the victims are suing Huntleigh. 91 Huntleigh USA had been acquired by ICTS International in 1999. ICTS is controlled by two Israelis; Ezra Harel and Menachem Atzmon. 92  In short, security at Boston's Logan airport was handled (or mishandled) by an Israeli controlled company. Is there a connection here? Could agents have been infiltrated into Logan Airport under Israeli owned Huntleigh's cover? It's quite possible. In the days following the 9-11 attacks, Israeli security professionals began aggressively marketing themselves in order to gain more airport security jobs. 93 Americans should be grateful to have such wonderful allies who care about our airport security so much!

Carlyle Group of US negotiating to buy IMI anti-terror unit

Sources inform ''Globes'' that the Carlyle Group of the US is
negotiating to buy Israel Military Industries' (IMI) Academy for
Advanced Security and Anti-Terror Training. Former US Secretary of
Defense Frank Carlucci is chairman of the Carlyle Group
The academy provides consultancy services and establishes and trains
anti-terror units for governments and private customers worldwide.
Operating in the Gezer regional council area, the academy employs former
defense establishment officials, most of whom work under contract. IMI
owns 75% of the academy, while IFP owns the rest.
Although the academy does not yet have large revenue, it attractiveness
increased after the September 11 attacks, hence the interest in it.
Carlucci was a consultant to General Dynamics (NYSE:GD), which competed
against Israel Military Industries for the Turkish Army tank upgrade
tender.
IMI is selling off all of its non-core businesses: small arms plants;
the Academy for Advanced Security and Anti-Terror Training, systems
engineering division; Aircraft Systems Division in Haifa, which
manufactures fuel tanks for fighter jets; and the general engineering
consultancy company. As reported by ''Globes'', there are plans to fully
privatize IMI later.
IMI claims that since the Vaish Committee published its recovery plan
for the company, "There has been considerable interest in acquiring the
units intended for sale." However, IMI's management said in response to
this report, "IMI does not care to comment about potential buyers for
the units that are up for sale."
