VOTER MARCH BACKGROUND & PLATFORM:

Voter March arose as a result of the egregious conduct and unfair results of
Presidential election 2000 which has led to the emergence of a growing
Pro-Democracy movement. New York City attorney Louis Posner founded Voter
March on November 14, 2000. Click on About Voter March. Voter March is a
nation-wide organization for voter rights and electoral reform with 60
Chapters across the United States and a Chapter in the Netherlands for
Americans abroad Click on State and Local Organizers. As an internet-based
grass-roots group, we have national Voter eGroups and eGroups in all 50
states. Click on Discussion Groups.

Our platform calls for a Voters' Bill of Rights for critically-needed
reforms, including improved voter registration. We have organized major
national demonstrations to protest the disenfranchisement of voters in
Election 2000 and the highly partisan U.S. Supreme Court decision which
selected the President. On January 20th, 2001, Voter March organized the
Inaugural Voter March at Dupont Circle in Washington, DC. Click on January 20
HQ; and on May 19th, 2001, we organized the Voter Rights March in Washington
DC and San Francisco. Click on May 19 HQ

PROTEST of BUSH SPEAKING AT UNITED NATIONS

Protest held at on Thursday, September 12 at the UN where President Bush was
speaking that morning before the General Assembly to advocate his plans to
wage war against Iraq. Over 500 people protested the policies of the
unelected President, including his disregard for the environment, preference
for corporate interests, his poor record on women's issues and civil rights,
and his advocating military aggression against Iraq. We must show Bush and
the leaders of the World that the American people are not in favor of a
reckless, preemptive military campaign in Iraq which will likely lead to a
powder keg of the entire Middle East region.

"While the president delivered his speech to the General Assembly, hundreds
of demonstrators braved tight security to gather outside the UN. They beat
drums, held signs and gave speeches of their own, as they called on Bush not
to attack Iraq." Bush Urges U.N. to Take Action Against Iraq, NY1 News,

Why Bush Should Resign or Face Impeachment

Democratic Party of Oregon - Legislative Agenda

CENSURE AGAINST 5 SUPREME COURT JUSTICES

Los Angeles attorney Eric C. Jacobson, the senior author of a Congressional
resolution of censure against the five justices responsible for Bush v. Gore,
had his article "Ballot Measures: Justices Who Decided Presidential Election
Deserve Censure for Improper Actions" published in the December 12, 2001
edition of the Los Angeles Daily Journal. It's a provocative piece that
incorporates the essential arguments from our resolution statement, as well
as Eric's outstanding analysis of how the NORC Florida ballot study further
incriminates the Five for their actions.

The National Lawyers Guild is exploring the legal, economic and viable
political grounds for launching a broad-based impeachment campaign against
the five members of the Bush v. Gore majority on the Supreme Court. For

California Resolution to Impeach the 5 U.S. Supreme Court Judges

On August 27, the Orange County Democratic Party Central Committee met to
consider a resolution to call for an investigation of the five Supreme Court
Judges who stopped the legal hand count of votes in Election 2000. The
discussion consisted primarily of statements by 12 year old Alexandar H. and
10-year old Natasha H. These statements were followed by UNANIMOUS adoption
of the resolution to consider impeachment charges.

THE MEDIA COVER-UP OF THE GORE VICTORY

According to a source whose previous information has proven to be accurate,
the Consortium of news organizations that recounted the presidential votes in
the 2000 Florida election was shocked to find that former Vice President Al
Gore decisively won the state, and it is now concealing the news of Gore's
victory from the American people.
