Second/last call.  Lacking somebody saying "I'm using it, and wanna
keep doing so", I'll retire it later this week.


It's not a big burden on the codebase; pretty well segregated.  But I
doubt anybody's using it.  More to the point, I doubt anybody _can_
use it.  I don't think any system can simultaneously build current
ctwm and imtools with their respective native build systems.  You'd
have to manually reimplement one or the other, and I suspect nobody
cares that much.  So I believe it's totally dead code.
