Dear Guys,

I have downloaded the 4.0.0. beta, and could notice that xmbmf is no longer
required to compile. What about a classical ./configure?

Since CTWM has been coming on many platforms and it could be destined to
more modern compilation method, the xmbmf might be no longer required.

However, I believe that a simple way to compile is the key of such powerful
wms.
./configure might be ok, but actually not necessarily.
I like the way EVILWM is being compiled. Simple, clean and efficient. It
does not need much.
"make" has been since aged employed.

Since CTWM is a lightweight WM without heavy required libraries, some
possible improvement on making easy compilation might be / may be / could
be ... of interest, for me.

Well, to say, I haven't managed to compile 4.0.0. beta :( :( I am not
sufficiently experienced and still learning basics of C. It might take 4-5
years more before I can do anything.

best regards,
Another minimalist guy, with just termcap/signal/ncurses + x11lib
