While playing with my .ctwmrc on an unpatched CTWM 3.6 this afternoon,
I found that adding the existing configuration option

  TransientHasOccupation

made GTK programs behave correctly when selected with f.occupy, as
discussed earlier on this list. Of course, it also means that if you
choose a window to be visible on other workspaces, it won't move the
entire window tree, but only the selected window. That may not be what
you want.

I find that I seldom use applications that rely on many open windows,
but other people may disagree.
