Opera has a feature to navigate among all the internal windows and
choose the one you want next by pressing Ctrl+Tab. As a response, you
will get a window of sorts with all your opened pages, and be able to
keep on pressing Ctrl+Tab to move forward among them, or
Ctrl+Shift+Tab to move backwards, and finally release all keys to
choose the page you have navigated to.

That's the theory, and it worked beautifully with 3.6.
Unfortunatelly, with 3.7 you just get that window (or is it called a
pane?), and it just stays there and doesn't seem to react at all, not
to Ctrl+Tab, not to Ctrl+Shift+Tab, not to all keys being released.
It just stays there for a looooong time (15-20 minutes?). It's almost
like it never gets the focus.
