I noticed that Anthony sent his bug report to [EMAIL PROTECTED] AND
a CC to [EMAIL PROTECTED]  As you can see from what happened
afterwards, the latter is unnecessary, since the RT system forwards
incoming reports to [email protected] (thanks to yours truly :-)).

Also, it's quite a bit important that replies are made to the message
copy that came from the RT, so they are sent back to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and thereby become part of the history of the
ticket.
