Ahem, would this break horribly from The TWM Way? After all, CTWM does
break a little bit from The TWM Way already, doesn't it? I'll leave it
up to the current crowd if this feature would break away too much...

Hmm, the keyword pair TitleTextForeground/TitleTextBackground, perhaps?
I've to decide, of course, if this will go into 3.7 or will have until
