Hi, I just solved Anthony's last gripe (I'll talk about it in a separate mail), and promptly decided it's time to take ctwm 3.7 into beta.
ctwm 3.7 is hereby in feature freeze. All that's needed is to find and correct as many bugs as possible. Note that "bugs" that are really just wishes for a different behavior will be regarded as feature requests rather than bugs. Those should go into ctwm 3.8 or later, not in 3.7. To enable the continued development of ctwm while 3.7 is released, I've created a release branch in CVS. The name of the branch is ctwm-3_7-RELEASE. The first beta lives in that branch and has been tagged ctwm-3_7-beta1. The main trunk is now called version 3.8-devel, where "devel" means it's under development. ctwm 3.7 beta1 is also distributed as a preview, linked to from http://ctwm.free.lp.se/. The beta period will go on for about two weeks. Please try this beta, find the bugs that still exist. Patches will be joyfully accepted.
